## About Priority ERP
Priority is a leading provider of scalable, flexible, and open cloud-based business management solutions for organizations of all sizes, from global enterprises to small and growing businesses. Recognized by leading industry analysts for continuous product innovation, Priority delivers real-time access to business data, processes, and insights from any desktop or mobile device. At the core of the platform lies a comprehensive system that unifies financials, CRM and sales, supply chain management, manufacturing, distribution, customer service, project management, warehouse management (WMS), human resources, and more within a single, integrated environment. Built on a modern, API-first architecture, Priority enables organizations to connect systems, automate workflows, and adapt processes without heavy reliance on development resources. A key advancement in recent versions is Priority aiERP, which embeds artificial intelligence directly into everyday business processes. Rather than operating as a separate layer, AI is built into the system to support how teams actually work. This includes: -aiERP Companion: a natural language interface that allows users to query data, generate reports, and create business rules using plain language -aiERP Advisor: real-time insights and recommendations based on live operational and financial data -AI Agents: task-specific agents that automate routine activities across departments, including: --Accounting (journal entries, VAT reporting, payment analysis) --Sales (customer creation, quotes, order processing, analytics) --Supply chain (purchase orders, vendor setup, inventory movements) --HR and payroll (employee onboarding, payroll processing) These capabilities are designed with a human-in-the-loop approach, ensuring users maintain control, validate outputs, and guide decision-making. Priority also supports advanced operational capabilities such as: -Native Warehouse Management (WMS) with real-time inventory control -Advanced Delivery Planning (ADP) for route optimization and logistics efficiency -Proof of Delivery (POD) mobile applications for end-to-end supply chain visibility -Built-in Business Process Management (BPM) for workflow automation -No-code tools including a Mobile App Generator and Portal Generator for rapid application development The platform supports multiple deployment models, including public cloud (hosted on AWS), hybrid, and on-premise environments, allowing organizations to scale and evolve without disruptive system replacements. With continuous upgrades and no forced end-of-life cycles, Priority enables long-term system stability while continuously introducing new capabilities. Priority’s cloud ERP has been recognized globally by analysts such as IDC (which named Priority a Major Player in AI-enabled ERP for midsize businesses) and Gartner, where it has been featured in the Magic Quadrant for several years. Today, more than 75,000 companies across 40 countries rely on Priority to manage their operations, gain visibility into their business, and adapt to changing market conditions.

## Priority ERP Reviews
 ### 1. Flexible, Intuitive ERP with Easy Automations and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liel E. | Priority Team Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

We operate across a highly diverse range of industries and activities, including franchising, entrepreneurship, construction, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems installations, maintenance, transportation, and more — both locally and internationally.
Priority ERP provides the flexibility we need to tailor the system perfectly to each business activity while still maintaining shared modules that enable cross-organizational analysis, monitoring, and control.

In addition, we are able to create automations and integrations relatively easily, allowing us to respond quickly to a very large number of business requirements. This significantly improves efficiency and enhances the daily experience of end users.

From a user experience perspective, Priority ERP is highly intuitive and visually user-friendly, making it easy to locate functions and processes even when users are not fully familiar with them.

Another major advantage is that the system almost completely eliminates the need for external software development, as nearly any automation, workflow, or report can be developed directly within the platform itself. When integration with external systems is required, the process is straightforward thanks to the simple and effective API tools the system provides.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

Product support should be more efficient and better aligned, especially when working with international partners.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Priority ERP helps solve key business challenges by preventing budget overruns, enabling smart and optimized procurement processes, and reducing repetitive manual work through automation. In addition, the system helps minimize errors by implementing unique validations, controls, and approval restrictions.

 ### 2. Highly Recommended ERP: Easy to Use, Scales with Full Operational Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ephi s. | IT Manager and Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

The system is fully implemented across our company, covering purchasing, production, and finance operations, with full use of the mobile application. Thanks to the system, the company is able to grow while still maintaining complete control over all operations, including remote branches. The application is easy to use, even for non-technical users. In addition, the system’s development capabilities make it easy to customize according to our needs. As an ERP system, it is highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

As an IT Manager, it is difficult to find weaknesses in the system, but one thing that can be said is that because it is such a large and complex system, the training materials and guidance should be clearer and easier to understand.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables the management of highly complex information in a user-friendly way and provides full control over all operations, along with a wide range of automations. It also allows each type of user to access only the information they need and perform actions according to their specific role and responsibilities.

 ### 3. Priority ERP: Flexible, Fully Integrated, and Ideal for Complex Manufacturing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liat E. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority ERP is a highly flexible system with a wide range of modules, making it suitable for diverse business needs. It is particularly well-suited for manufacturing companies, including those with complex production processes involving multi-level bills of materials and detailed work orders.
The system offers strong integration between various modules, including finance, inventory, production, customer management, and point-of-sale operations. This level of integration improves data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.
Additionally, Priority provides a wide variety of essential reports that support decision-making and day-to-day management.
Recently, we implemented the Warehouse Management System (WMS) module, which effectively addresses our requirements for supply chain management and provides a solid solution for modern warehouse and logistics operations.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

For organizations working with the on-premise Version rather than the "cloud solution" ( Priority software Cloud solution) , frequent version upgrades are required. These upgrade processes can be time-consuming and, at times, quite cumbersome

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system effectively addresses our needs in production management, including (BOM) bills of materials, production recipes, inventory control, warehouse management, production traceability, and production planning.

 ### 4. Priority ERP: Modern, Flexible, and Built for Complex Logistics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nadav k. | Priority Solution Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Subject: Priority ERP – A Powerful and Flexible Solution for Complex Business Needs

Over the past few years, Priority has taken a huge step forward. The UI and overall user experience have clearly become a major focus, and it really shows. The system looks modern, feels far more intuitive, and the steady stream of updates has genuinely changed the way we work with it.

The range of new features—and the level of flexibility the platform provides—feels almost limitless. There’s hardly any business process I’ve wanted to implement that couldn’t be done in Priority. And even when something isn’t available out of the box, the system’s flexibility makes it straightforward to customize and develop exactly what you need.

With my logistics background, I’ve been especially impressed by Priority’s WMS. It handles highly complex logistical challenges smoothly and opens up a lot of possibilities for warehouse management.

Overall, I highly recommend Priority—not only for the software itself, but also for the strong community around it, which consistently provides answers when you need them. It’s clear the team behind the system is thinking ahead, and the future with Priority looks very promising.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

That said, if there’s one area that still needs improvement, it’s communication. With so many great updates and new features being rolled out, it often feels like the community and customers are left in the dark. It’s not enough to build impressive tools—you also need to communicate them clearly, explain what they do and why they matter, and keep everyone properly informed about what’s new.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to the problems Priority has solved for me—honestly, where do I even start? There’s just so much. But if I step back and look at the big picture, the system has cleared up countless issues for us, especially around complex logistical processes and heavy regulation. Handling all that regulatory work without Priority would have been an absolute nightmare. That’s genuinely one of its biggest strengths: it takes care of those headaches end to end, leaving me with basically zero compliance maintenance to worry about.

 ### 5. Flexible and Customizable ERP Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nir P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

I like that Priority ERP is flexible and can be adapted and customized without heavy development, allowing it to fit the unique processes of our organization. The system's user experience is relatively intuitive while still providing deep capabilities in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and more. As a global company with subsidiaries in multiple countries, I appreciate Priority ERP's ability to support local financial and regulatory requirements through specific integrations and customizations. The system is user-friendly enough that adoption by local teams across different regions was relatively fast and smooth. When our business needs evolve, Priority ERP’s capabilities allow us to move forward smoothly and adapt the system to our changing requirements.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

While being flexible and powerful, some areas feel outdated compared to newer cloud-based ERP platforms, among them I can see BI and dashboard capabilities or the CRM module.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Priority ERP for full traceability from raw material to end product, and it adapts to unique processes without heavy development. It supports local financial needs and enables smooth adoption across regions due to its user-friendly experience and deep capabilities.

 ### 6. Priority ERP: Reliable, Flexible, and Fast to Implement

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

I have been working with Priority ERP for over 16 years across two different organizations where I served as a senior executive, and for the past decade it has been successfully implemented within my current company.
From my experience, Priority stands out as a highly reliable and flexible ERP platform that truly supports the evolving needs of a modern business environment. Its modular and scalable architecture allows organizations to adapt quickly, optimize processes, and maintain full operational visibility across all business functions.
One of the most significant advantages of Priority is the ease of implementation. Compared to many traditional ERP systems, the onboarding process is smooth and efficient, enabling organizations to achieve value in a relatively short timeframe.
In addition, the system is exceptionally flexible, offering strong customization capabilities that allow it to be tailored to the specific requirements of different industries and business models. This flexibility empowers companies to work more efficiently, streamline operations, and respond quickly to market changes.
Overall, Priority ERP has proven to be a strategic asset throughout my career. It enables businesses to operate in a dynamic and agile manner while maintaining simplicity and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for organizations that prioritize both flexibility and fast implementation.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

The pricing is generally competitive and offers good value for money, although in some cases it can be on the higher side depending on the scope and customization required.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most significant advantages of Priority is the ease of implementation. Compared to many traditional ERP systems, the onboarding process is smooth and efficient, enabling organizations to achieve value in a relatively short timeframe. [thecfoclub.com]
