What do you like best about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?

The Tech Stack has been invaluable. I found that 90%+ of the solutions listed were being used by the account. Being able to see what solution is being used and for what, its extremely helpful.

Intent data is hit or miss. UI is not the easiest to navigate. Additionally, when I receive an email with potential buyers and select a specific customer, the landing page directs me to the summary page, requiring me to search for my selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?

I like that Priority Engine provides a quick glance at everything a company is using in their tech stack, and for what purpose. It is very easy to use and implement, and I utilize it every day for prospecting purposes. It also allows us to see who key players are within an organization and what their current interests are, which is invaluable information when trying to reach out to the right people. Sometimes tech stack is not fully accurate - have used additional tools to supplement such as wappalyzer on login pages to uncover additional solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Priority Engine is allowing us to figure out where to start the conversation and allows us to become relevant to the customer quicker. Through research on Priority Engine, we are able to get a quick view of what they are currently using and ask discovery questions around it, without explicitly saying "we know you use XYZ". I use it on a daily basis and its the best tool to find the intel of the global enterprises. It not only tells us their top interest areas but also helps us in identifying the right decision makers which helps a lot in prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?

It throws error and their customer support is really awful. It takes them 48 hours to reply back properly which leads to downtime. I believe they should definitely improve here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we are researching about the companies and the decision makers, It is a very cumbersome process. So, it is very important for us to know what their top areas of interest are and TechTarget Priority Engine helps in here. We are not just able to gather the sales intel but also their intelligent systems helps us in writing customized emails related to the top interest areas which further increases the chances of visibility.
