Even though the information offered by Priority Engine is incredibly valuable, the platform itself is really overwhelming. It's nearly impossible to know where to look and how to synthesize all of the information. All of the insights lead you down dozens of rabbit trails and, at the end of the day, you have lots of great info but you're not sure what to do with it or what to actually concentrate on. This provides highly accurate and granular insights into who is actively researching specific technology solutions, allowing sales and marketing teams to prioritize efforts and tailor outreach with greater relevance. My favorite way part of techtarget is the accuracy of the intent data provided. Because it's a trustworthy tool on the consumer end, the data we get back is typically accurate. What do you like best about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?

I like that we can create specialized lists based on our targeted accounts that are saved for viewing and reporting week over week. The quality of lead generation accounts that are provided to us have been extrememly high resulting in qualified SQLs. It also integrates to our Hubspot which has been extremely helpful in importing contacts not only through a batch import but also through the automated CRM button. Customer support is usually very responsive and our account manager is knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring our questions are answered quickly. We use Priority Engine everyday. What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?

It would be nice to create and upload our own lists with the ability to change those lists without TechTarget support. I also wish it would provide different types of reports that we could export adhoc based on the type of data we are looking for, and example would be the accounts that are at a score of 100 listed out with primary contacts. The support from our rep, Kezia, is the best part for us.

In terms of the tool - Quick search into accounts, engagement/activity with the brand, learn intent and then direct export of prospects based on those aspects to the CRM.

TechTarget does an excellent job of providing detailed, high-quality content that's both technical and easy to digest. It's far better than a regular database, as it offers warm leads and personalized emails for my prospects. The platform is a great go-to for anyone looking for solid, well-researched insights into today’s fast-changing tech world. Regarding exports, prospect exports can be delivered on-demand or automatically each week as Excel spreadsheets via email or directly into MAP or CRM (which sounds like your current setup).
