**What do you like best about Printful?**

24/7 customer support team that is dedicated to resolving most issues and queries. The print quality and the options of products to choose from are some of the best out there.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

The quality check process could be improved a little. Although quite rare, there have been occasions where the end product shouldn't have passed quality checks but still did. More branding options such as custom packaging, or hangtags would really put Printful at the forefront of the Print On Demand space too. All in all, I've been really satisfied with Printful and would highly recommend them.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a white label Print On Demand & dropshipping service, Printful takes care of your warehousing, production and fulfilment needs - and that really helps you focus on growing the business and saves time versus you personally doing the production and order fulfilment etc.

We do have a Quality Control process in place to catch outcomes that do not meet our expectations. **What do you like best about Printful?**

I like the analytics and easy access to review orders, as well as nice extras like Perks and discounts on sample orders so you can see the actual product you're offering.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

It can be extremely time consuming and labor-intensive to set up product templates, plus alternate products to use when the main item is out of stock. It's not at all intuitive to figure out how to fix orders that can't be fulfilled.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printful has been a great tool for experimenting with fundraising for a nonprofit by selling merch. We use it in conjunction with Shopify, which allows us to share our store seamlessly on social media.

They have terrible customer service. They took my money and never sent me the merchandise. They will not give me a refund. They owe me over $500.

nothing! avoid these guys please and save yourself money.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

Absolutely horrendous business practice. In short, I had an order come in from my Etsy shop and my customer filled out her address as required by the ETSY form and standard American address standards. The address was not properly formatted when the item was shipped to my customer and was sent back to Printful. Now, Printful is claiming they should've included the "last 4 digits" in which nobody enters after her zip code and is claiming I have to cover the shipping fee again. Absolute nightmare customer support. DO NOT USE and switch to Printify. The original address my customer entered in completely valid and she has never had issues with other ETSY sellers.

nothing, they are giving me a hard-time and creating more problems for me.

I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric used, as well as the print and manufacturing of my product.
Very durable too.

I think it would be nice , especially for potential customers, to have the tote bag in some kind of packaging besides its shipping bag.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

We like the ease of use, customer support when we need it, and our account manager. We have been able to grow effectively and scale efficiently using this service.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

Sometimes QA/QC is lacking; however, they quickly resolve any print issues or quality concerns. The choice of products, especially concerning t-shirts, can sometimes be lacking. Still, we understand that they are maintaining and warehousing many SKUs across many warehouses, and it would be untenable to carry every product that a blank shirt manufacturer would carry.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to print on demand without the need to sink a bunch of money into inventory. It is enabling us to divert money to where it needs to go to continue to scale.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

We've used Printful for about 4 months now and they have been fantastic. The 2 things I love are the value they offer and the customer service. We sell posters of my grandmother's photographic artwork (Eve Arnold). The paper quality is as good as many photographers use for high-quality photographic prints but at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else I've found. This means we are able to offer affordable and high-quality posters that really show the photos at their best.

In terms of customer service, Printful always reply quickly, are very knowledgeable and helpful and solve any issues fast. The customer back end portal is also very easy to use. You can get started selling products quickly and easily and managing things once you're up and running is simple too.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

There are very few downsides to Printful that I've found. The only one I can think of is that they don't have a fulfillment centre yet in the UK for sending out products so our UK customers receive their orders from Spain. However, this has not proven to be a problem. Our orders are small enough, so our customers don't have to worry about customs duties and the delivery time is still very good - usually about 10 days. We have had no complaints about this, only satisfied customers who love the quality of the posters.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Printful solves is how to give Eve's worldwide audience access to high-quality posters of Eve's images. Printful have centers around the world and we can therefore easily offer posters to people no matter where they are in the world. They take care of all the printing and shipping, and because all the products are print on demand, you don't need to invest a lot upfront.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

Printful has been our fulfillment partner for a number of our brands since 2017 and they have played an important role in us being able to scale our business. POD is not new and Printful is not the only player in this industry - however, they are one of the few Print on Demand companies with the most consistency, transparency, around the clock customer service, and wide selection of products. They also do have a number of warehouse locations around the world (and new ones constantly added) which greatly helps with turnaround times and end-user experience as shipping a product closer to one's location internationally significantly improves transit times. I look forward to more years of partnership with Printful.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

There is nothing really I dislike about Printful - there are fulfillment issues that come up (especially in the last year due to the pandemic) but Printful's transparency helps with us being able to maneuver in any market condition.  When order issues come up, Printful quickly resolves them and reships the correct products.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printful resolves the issue of us having to print our own products as well as warehouse them - they completely take care of this aspect of the operation so that we can focus on the other parts of the business.

I don't dislike anything, but I would prefer if the product catalog keeps growing.

I love that able to customize each product to your liking. And that i am able to easily link this to my Shopify store. Also that they are help in support chat.

I don't like that some of the items are expensive per unit and some of the color customization i don't really like

**What do you like best about Printful?**

First of all, quality of the products and printing is really great, this is the most important thing when you are selling something and sometimes people assume every company is gonna be like that, but... you'd be surprised to see that this is not the case for most of them, so I have to give Printful a 10/10 in this compared to the POD industry. Another thing that I like is that they are always working to add new products and that’s something I truly appreciate, a business listening to their customers is a business that is going in the right direction. The customer service is also great, they had help me with any problem, issue or question that I've had and I can guarantee you I'm someone who is always looking for the best results. Another amazing thing about them is that you can be based in the most remote place and still you are gonna be able to sell your products anywhere in the world, from the US to Europe, Australia, Asia, etc without having a huge increase in the cost, I'm already used to it but having a global partner like this is something you are looking for in any business. There is no possible comparison between Printful and other POD companies at this moment if you are looking to start a serious business.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

I don’t really dislike a lot of things about them, but I will try to review the main topics that can be a problem for other people. When you go with a POD company there is a thing you have to know: pricing is gonna be higher than buying in bulk, yes, but that’s part of it, you are sacrificing some margin for not having to risk your money on something that you don’t know if it’s gonna work. In that price is also included everything that you would have to pay for if you choose to do it on your own. I've also seen some people complaining about shipping times, you have to understand that we are on a pandemic, almost every business except Amazon is having delays and most of you customers will understand if you inform them. Before Covid-19 shipping times for national deliveries were less than a week and a week or so for international deliveries.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I told before, you can ship worldwide without having to pay a huge amount for it. They have fulfillment centers all around the globe, so that solves any logistic problem. I’m also able to make a new design and upload it immediately to my store without having to wait weeks until it’s produced and if something doesn’t work I'm not expending hundreds before testing it.

I like the platform integration with multiple Eccomerce sites meaning reduced listing time so that designing becomes the main aspect of your time spent on your business.

Not much to dislike but I would like to have free samples maybe a once a year or after a certain amount of sales if possible.

The integration of multiple platforms means that I only have to upload on one platform.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

I love how easily Printful integrates with my Shopify store.  Once you have everything set up, everything else is automated.  The quality of the majority of products is good.  I like the customization option for the packaging that makes it looks like the product shipping directly from my organization by including our logo and other information.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

Even before COVID, fulfillment time is a little long in today's immediate gratification shoppers.  I have received a few customer complaints on fulfillment time.  Pricing is a little on the high side which eats in to our profit margin.

**Recommendations to others considering Printful:**

Request samples of products before you list them on your store to ensure they are exactly what you what and of the quality you want in the hands of your customers.  If you get the cheapest products from them, you may have unhappy customers, but if you spend a little more then you will have satisfied customers.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printful completely solves the issue of print on demand fulfillment.  The greatest benefit is my ability to be mostly hands off once everything was set up and synced up.  They have also reworked our artwork when necessary for particular embroidery at no additional charge.  The customer service has always been easy to contact and quick to problem solve.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

For me, Printful is part of a whole strategy. I'm a bandleader and apart from providing music to people, I want to provide them with cool objects, like T shirts etc. Printful is part of this. I design T shirts with parts of the lyrics, meaningful messages people might find cool to wear. The colors and everything is designed to be fun and uplifting and soulful.

Anyway, it's SUPER easy to upload your designs and turn them into products. They have preset mockups that look incredibly professional. It wasn't that long ago I'd have had to have stacks of stuff lying in my garage, and hope I could move it! It's just too easy nowadays....

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

Drop shipping takes longer but that's just part of the equation. I find it a little confusing to change designs and colors etc sometimes but hey, it's all pretty new to me and I have to say, the shirts are really, really nice.

I can't really think of anything negative to say. You have to spend time with it in the beginning. I'm also not familiar with any of the competing services.

I find the shopify integration really powerful

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a way to create a deeper experience for people, once they've listened to our tracks. It's the beginning of a community of meaningful growth. Like I said, ordering 50 shirts in each size and having them sit in the basement....this just seems so much easier.

If you'd like to make changes to the designs in your products, you can do this by going to Printful -> Stores -> View store -> Edit -> bulk edit -> Change print file (or if you are accessing your Printful account through the Printful app in Shopify, go to the app -> Products -> Edit -> bulk edit -> Change print file). Here you will be able to change the design as needed, choose new or the same mockups and the changes will be reflected in your storefront.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

As a nonprofit festival, we are always looking to expand our merchandise offerings where we can hopefully increase income to offset many of the costs we endure during our festival. Printful has a good amount of products available and their online interface makes it relatively easy to set up products and variants. Most everything is set as a "what you see is what you get" style and I appreciate that.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

I had a few sync issues with my online store when I first got set up. There are also times where I felt products I set up did not get communicated or linked properly. Out of stocks have occurred and I wish the communication of these events was clearer. I also wish some of the product costs were not as high as they are. The cost of the products they are listing are more expensive than someone who could print locally.

**Recommendations to others considering Printful:**

Give it a shot. There is a wide variety of items that you might be able to us.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the world of COVID-19, we can have an online merchandise store and not worry about the overhead cost of pre-printing merchandise. Having the items on a print-to-order basis is so very helpful. It truly minimizes the risk to our organization. I just wish that we as a nonprofit could make a better income without us pricing the items too high for our patrons.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

I love that there is such a wide variety of products to choose from. And each different kind of product has several options so you can weigh cost vs. quality. For example, there are about 15 different types of tee shirts to choose from. Some that are super light and thin. Some that are a little thicker and more durable. So depending on what you need the shirts for, you have options that can best suit your needs. 

I love that you can add branding to tags and packaging. The printing and shipping speed is great. It seamlessly connects to my woo-commerce store, so adding products is a breeze. 

I have been using this platform to fulfill orders on my website where I sell several art prints. Printful makes it so easy to add new products when I come up with new ideas for prints.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

There isn't a whole lot that I dislike about Printful. One thing I wish was better, if I'm being picky, are the quality of mockups available. They've started adding a lot more kinds of mockups, but they all look somewhat generic. So I would be thrilled if they decided to expand the options for mockups. 

One other thing I dislike is the fact that you can only have 3 "in-house" addresses on file to sample products. There are a lot of times where I make 1-off products for friends and family and I cannot send it straight to them.

Use it! Its quick and easy to get started. Anyone can start selling branded apparel and merchandise.

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am starting to create more merchandise and apparel, and with Printful, I do not need to worry about inventory issues. I don't have to take the risk of ordering 500 hoodies hoping I can sell them. I can use Printful to test ideas and if people start buying them, then I could buy in bulk elsewhere. 

I also no longer have to deal with shipping. I used to print and ship art myself and it was a huge hassle for me. I'd always end up taking way too long to get them shipped.

It is also possible to submit manual orders for one-off items through your Printful account -> Dashboard -> Orders -> New order -> Basic order, although the discount won't be applied in this case.

Still your money and trying to convince me that my address and phone number are wrong.

They are not honest business. Printful created in the mail system my order but it was never shipped.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

Printful is an excellent web platform that will allow us to buy clothes designed by other people, also allows clothing designers to sell their products on the platform. This goes from flannels, to pants. The payment platform is very good, we have placed several orders for the company and we have been fascinated with the results and how well we are treated in the platform

the platform is very intuitive so I have not found faults. Although I have no complaints, I feel that the platform also has a lot of competitiveness in the market, like it is Amazon (although it has all the departments) I think the platform should implement gift card

**What do you like best about Printful?**

Printful was an amazing find for me. I learned about dropshipping many years back during the time when Ebay was huge in the early 2000's. I loved the concept, but there was always a bit of manual work required in taking the orders and sending them along to the dropshipper when an Ebay order came in. With the Printful system I can take myself out of the equation and trust that the system is automatically handling orders. Another helpful aspect was their vendor recommendations for photography. I was able to work through Printful's preferred vendor to have a photographer create great images with models wearing my shirts at a really reasonable cost. 

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

Printful needs to be integrated with another system for people to purchase the items instantly, otherwise you'll need to input the orders yourself. This means tacking on another monthly cost to your business in order to provide something like a Shopify or Weebly store. 

**What problems is Printful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found printful when looking for a way to provide a membership benefit to my organization. I wanted them to have the ability to get t-shirts, mugs and other items to showcase their membership, but didn't want to purchase large amounts of those items, store them, and distribute personally. Printful allowed me to offer these items without needing to think about a thing.

Their process for creating designs is very straightforward, but also can be very deep if that's what you need (down to complete custom branding items and shipping labels). Printful is a well-considered service and is certainly useful to small nonprofits like mine, which need a one-off printer since we don't manage inventory.

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

There have been a few hangups that required me to communicate with their print team directly, and that was a bit clunky and time-consuming. However, they did resolve the problem and made it right. Also, their embroidery digitization isn't that great just yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Printful:**

Make sure to order your discounted samples when you create new products, especially if they are embroidered. The generated previews are not always the same as the actual products.

Don't need to stock inventory, can very quickly and easily offer a variety of custom products to our supporters without having to spend any money at all on purchasing materials.

Printful has a clean interface on it's website, timely and helpful customer support, and the items are of high quality that arrive quickly.

They can be a bit pricey especially if you're ordering a high number of items for merch.

They have a variety of high quality items that you can get custom made in 3-5 days. So if you quickly scheduled an event and need some cool, branded stuff then Printful is perfect for you. We used Printful to get fanny packs quickly for an event we weren't sure we would secure the space for.

If you need higher quality, branded merch items quickly then Printful is a good solution. It's not ideal for well-planned out, higher volume orders of merchandise.

**What do you like best about Printful?**

I like the user friendly interface for syncing items from your e-commerce platform. It makes it easy to sync up my products and handles all the packaging, shipping and handling to my customers. Fully customizable packaging sticker is a favorite of mine because my customers will know when they receive something from us. The lifestyle mockups are the best and makes it easy to showcase new products to customers. 

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

I dislike the slow page loading speeds when making edits to the design and generating mockups. Sometimes the mockups don't load and I have to refresh the page to re-generate the files. Shipping speeds and fulfillment turn-arounds can be improved. It's taking more than the average 3-4 business days in the past few months from October 2018 to January 2019.  

**Recommendations to others considering Printful:**

Sometimes there are QA issues with the finished printed product that goes un-noticed. But they're customer support is quick to resolve such incidents and quickly re-prints and ships replacement product.

Printful helps me create custom apparel and drop ship to my customers. This saves me a lot of time and resources. The best part is the scalability of its solution.

I dislike that shipping prices are a bit high, but they offset that by having relatively inexpensive item prices.  Also, when creating mockups, you cannot change the thread color in a single product without emailing them and having them do it for you.

I absolutely love that I do not have to have inventory to run my business. Printful makes it so that I can serve a huge number of people without the overhead of a warehouse. I also love that they work with my Amazon store and integrate seamlessly. It takes a lot of the work out of something that would normally be a headache. I also really love their new customer personalized designing tool for tshirt designs. 

**What do you dislike about Printful?**

I would say just like any dropshipping or print on demand company there are exceptions where people get wrong orders or the ordered item is less than our standard for quality. In those cases we simply remedy the problem, but for the most part we have enjoyed using Printful and those times have continued to be exceptions. 

**Recommendations to others considering Printful:**

I have compared this company to many others that integrate with Shopify for setting up a fulfillment company. I know that some of them are more sketchy on quality of their garments but is still popular. Another good option with decent reviews is Custom Cat.

I don't have to keep inventory. I can sell across the world. I don't have to fulfill or track orders myself. I save time by not having to do any of these things manually. That time can now be used to create designs, work on the business, blog, and many other business related tasks that I need to complete.
