This is a very easy product to use and was quite straightforward to install and configure. We currently use the printer driver repository function the most heavily as end users in our academic departments access it pretty much every day. It was very easy to load on our endpoints and simplifies the process of getting the proper enterprise printers set up on departmental computers. Their customer support has been very helpful on the few occasions that we have needed to contact them. We currently are in conversation with Vasion about expanding the use of PrinterLogic/Vasion Print and have discussed various ways that it could be integrated with other printing support functions. They have been very interested in our use cases and ideas for building out the features in the product. We are very happy with the product and with the Vasion support and sales teams. The only thing I dislike about PrinterLogic/Vasion Print is something that we brought upon ourselves. We gave too many people access to edit the collection of drivers, and thus ended up with a bunch of duplicates and old drivers that never get updated because the person who created them is no longer in the support position that they were in when they created it. We are in the process of cleaning this up and optimizing the collection in general for better centralized support. We have a fleet of printers through Canon, so there are not that many different models that we have to deal with, just a lot of printers in a lot of locations. With Vasion Print, we simply have a centralized platform to manage all our printers remotely. The thing that really pops out to me is that it's able to figure out printers and automatically configure them without having to have onsite support. We have saved a lot of time with this, mostly for new printer installs or updates. And because it plugs in our network, we know all the configurations aren’t going to change anything so we only have to troubleshoot less and our deployment time goes down. That’s the only disadvantage I found when using Vasion Print, and that is that the setup takes a really long time. On the one hand the software is quite powerful, on the other hand the plethora of features and options makes it challenging for a user with no previous experience on the software to quickly get up to speed and perform the analysis. Secondly, the design of the interface is not very well arranged and many a times some of the specific settings get lost in the crowd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We operates in a multi office environment with remote employees, before implementing Vasion Print, print management was a nightmare. Every time an employee changed location or needed access to a new printer, IT has to manually map printers.
After switching to Vasion Print, things changed drastically. Employees could add and remove printers on their own without calling IT. This simple change eliminated a huge chunk of our print related support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of our employees uses Citrix-based virtual desktop and they experienced delays in printing mapping. Some it required additional scripting to optimise performance.
Since Vasion Print eleiminates print servers, we had to find workarounds for older software that was hardcoded to use traditional print queues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about it is its ability to simplify complex printing environments while offering a seamless, user-friendly experience. The cloud-based approach makes managing printers and print jobs effortless across multiple devices and locations, and its powerful analytics provide valuable insights into usage and performance. Overall, it significantly reduces the administrative burden, enhances productivity, and improves cost control—without sacrificing ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some users struggle with the print queue but thats more of a "us" problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and easy to use portal that is intuitive and user friendly. Their migration tool works well and when combined with the agent, makes migration of large amounts of printers a breeze. At locations without secure and follow me printing, installation was quick. We eventually resolved the issues with Secure and FMP, but the configuration was far more complex than expected. The technical sales team very quickly disengaged after our purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secure and FollowMe Printing has been a giant challenge to set up and configure. Vasion support is slow to respond and must do most tracking and ticketing over email, which is not ideal for speedy resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vasion Print removes the need for manual installation of printers, and equips you with database of your printers segregated as you wish, which is very helpful when you need to deploy large number of new users / printers / install new computers due to lifecycle in your company. If you have only a handful of printers, you configure it once and it just works, remote printing is also a nice bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating / editing printer profiles is a bit laggy, but that might just be my network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the simplest things with PrinterLogic is that users can easily identify and self-install printers. This puts the power in the hands of the users to add/remove/update printers as needed without IT support!
Overall, PrinterLogic was easy to implement withing our environment. The toughest part was locating or creating the maps of our various locations to plot the printers on so users can simply look at approximately where they are located to the nearest printers.
We are about to migrate printers to a new IP scheme for the VLAN they are assigned to, this will make it seamless for the users. No need to remote in and update printers manually.
Another HUGE plus is that PrinterLogic makes the elimination of traditional Print Servers simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it is not neccessarily a ding against PrinterLogic, but locating importable drivers can sometimes be a pain for the smaller printers out there. Would be great if PrinterLogic could maintain a list of drivers for most common business class printers/MFP's. But I do realize this would be difficult to implement and maintain. The biggest thing we love is the ease of use for the technology side and for the end user. It is intuative for the end user to find the printer they want and to install it. It is easy for the tech team to setup printers and get them rolled out quickly. The customer service has always been great and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything we dislike except that it isn't cheap. You get what you pay for, but it may be on the higher end of products in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature that stood out was Vasion Print's, ability to assign printer to specific workflows. Our operation team relies on daily printing of shipping labels and inventory reports for warehouse management. With Vasion Print, we ensure seamless access to printers and avoid delays in generating time sensitive documents. The serverless architecture also reduces hardware dependencies, making the maintenance easier for our IT department. . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During the set up, we faced an issue with assigning priority to certain jobs. I personally connected with the customer support team and they provided a comprehensive guide and easily resolve our issue. They not only our issue but also do follow-ups to ensure that everything worked as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our HR department needed a reliable way to manage bulk printing of employees contract and onboarding materials. We used Vasion Print's centralised printer deployment feature to ensure all of our HR staff had access to the require printers without any issues. Deploying Vasion Print is very easy as manual steps were eliminated, saving time for both IT and HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our IT department implemented Vasion Print to manage printer across multiple remote offices. While software performed well overall, integration with some third-party tools we used for monitoring office workflows was limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
