The most helpful part is it can save all files of the firm including all heavy files.

The search function is practical and saves a lot of time instead of searching through documents. It is quite accurate as well. The annotation and redaction function is also helpful to leave notes that are easy to later review through the annotation bar on the right. You can choose to print documents with those annotations and/or redactions, which is convenient and saves time. The functional capabilities were well thought out. Sometimes the searches are not accurate if the document is not clearly printed to Primafact. It can be time consuming to name and organize the documents. Some mistakes cannot be undone which can be problematic. The text function could be improved to be more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
