What do you dislike about PriceShape?

What problems is PriceShape solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small e-commerce store selling kitchen appliances, we face tough competition from businesses with much larger marketing budgets, making competitive pricing increasingly critical. Before discovering PriceShape, we tried other pricing tools, but they were either too complex and unreliable or priced for much larger businesses. PriceShape strikes the perfect balance—affordable for smaller businesses yet robust enough to provide all the essential features. What do you like best about PriceShape?

- Great filtering options

- Great granularity to define which products to include/exclude

- Ability to define key competitors

- Ability to add supplementary feeds

- Output feeds to integrate into other systems

- Great UI/UX

What do you dislike about PriceShape?

- There's no extension for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce

- Exporting adhoc product sets can be tedious, you have to set fields each time

- GA4 integration is good but there needs to be longer time-frames when filtering by Ecommerce purchases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also understand your point on the GA4 integration. It is possible to display performance data for a longer time period, as an alternative to GA4, we do also offer an API Endpoint for even more accurate performance data.

What do you like best about PriceShape?

The tool is comprehensive, offering numerous filters and possibilities to track every little detail concerning the price. I like the possibility to see if any of the retailers have stock of one of our products; this kind of information is well-oriented towards turnover.

I appreciate that for any technical questions, or if I couldn't manage to export specific data, Aagaard, our account manager, was there to help me with a quick call. Aagaard is full of recommendations on how to use Price Shape correctly according to our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PriceShape?

The price, for suppliers with a lot of sku's, it can be frustrating to track 1/10 of our products because of the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool enables us to stay fully in control of our pricing. It doesn’t necessarily mean being the cheapest, but rather allows us to automate our pricing efficiently and establish precise strategies to position our price point in the market. If would be neat if you could just make use of their scraping abilities. However we have come to like some of the other features as well :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PriceShape have helped us getting closer to the best possible view of our competing landscape running currently 11 different online stores. Data quality is great and even though its a little pricey, we haven't met any other similar services offering a close to par product compared to what PriceShape provides. "Important work-tool in the online world of e-commerce"

What do you like best about PriceShape?

There are many positive things to say about this tool. Being price competitive in today's online world of e-commerce is crucial. PriceShape has build on intuitive tool working directly from the browser, scraping the internet (Google mostly) based on products EAN to find competitors in the market. This is extremely helpful.

On top of that, it's possible to set your own strategy based on different parameters, and set up a feed that suggests new prices automatically. It's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PriceShape?

Small improvements are always welcome, specifically the ability to identify B-Stock products, which you of course don't want to match. It would also be helpful to be able to "pause" certains matches or even vendors / domains for a period of your choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PriceShape?

PriceShape makes product pricing easier for everyday operations. Its super easy to setup pricing strategies, monitor competitor prices or review your product assortment based on views, most sold, inventory value etc.

What do you dislike about PriceShape?

Could expand the pricing strategy tools to include competitor stock for various sizes of a product and not only boolean (in stock, out of stock). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PriceShape solving and how is that benefiting you?

At GrejFreak we have a large assortment of products being sold in Denmark and abroad. With 10.000 + products, it can be quite the task to monitor and change prices.

PriceShape makes it easy to bundle products in to various product pricing strategies, hereby maintaining a good competitive price while also being able to monitor profitability. It creates a great overview to use on a daily basis for an ecommerce store, by allowing us to monitor and see our competitors prices as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
