In the "Market Analysis" report, we can look at the prices of analogues and compare them with the prices of our products. Also in this report, we can see promotions launched by competing brands in online stores, as well as the number of reviews and average ratings of similar products on retailer sites. We like the Pricer24 platform for solving various tasks as guaranteed. I want to highlight the communication with support. Pricer24 provides detailed information about the online presence of our products, including the share of our top products in the top research on retailers’ websites.

The platform allows effectively analyze the assortment:

- see which of my products are in “In Stock” / “Out-of-stock” status;

- see which products are out of stock and when

I also see all products that are not yet listed on my partners' sites, which makes it possible to understand which positions can be used to increase visibility. And when we have new models on the market, the platform allows me to track whether partners add these products to their sites.

- Pricer24 has a "Price Comparison" report, and it's very convenient that there I can see the general picture of the market as a whole, as well as drill down to the category level and even see the history of price changes for a specific product

- I also like that the data is collected across all the websites that I need and it is updated very often.

We work in a highly competitive niche, so the presence and representation of our brand range on partner sites are critically important for us.

Analysis of product availability, namely Out-of-stock and Out-of-shelf statuses, requires regular data collection and daily monitoring. We have more than 300 SKUs in our assortment, and the representation must be tracked across all key partners (20+ retailers). Previously, our managers spent at least 50 working hours on this monthly. Automating the data collection process has freed up a lot of valuable time.

Another of our tasks is to monitor the price positioning of the brand's products on the market. And with this, Pricer24 also does a great job. Previously, when we observed manually, we could not track deviations from the recommended price at night and on weekends (and this practice exists in our market). At first, getting to grips with the report configurations was a bit difficult. But somewhere in 2-3 days, we got used to it, and after a week, I even found cool features (for example, counterparty tags - you can assign a separate tag to sales leaders and display data only on them in a widget on the dashboard).
