There are multiple reports you can run which include pie chars and graph charts to help show online reputation. **What do you dislike about Press Ganey HX Platform?** More analytics would be great. Would like a comparison from last year's top companies in the same and different industries. I would like for it to use more websites when aggregating data. I would also like for it to show the scores month over month on the graph charts so I don't have to keep pulling up old reports to provide continuous insight up to the current date. I would also like for it to track and measure current and improved levels of patient engagement **Recommendations to others considering Press Ganey HX Platform:** Good price and they are able to offer a lot of services relating to online reputation **What problems is Press Ganey HX Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we are solving within our organization is to improve online reputation but also increase online reputation through a performance management system. The benefits we have realized is that it identifies trends that we are able to build quality improvement projects on. ### 4. I love that I can see all my physician reviews in a single, simple dashboard and respond to comments from one place. **What do you dislike about Press Ganey HX Platform?** I'm just beginning the implementation process, luckily no dislikes yet. **What problems is Press Ganey HX Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The online reputation of our office locations and physicians had not been addressed prior to my start at the company, so there many opportunities for service recovery. By responding to all customer reviews in a timely manner, we hope to improve customer experiences. With mobile campaigns, we hope to increase the number of positive reviews to combat the negative reviews that are many years old. ### 5.
