**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

PreSkale as a company is smart and nimble. They are presales professionals who have developed a compelling tool for pre-sales professionals. Their first-hand experience with and understanding of the intricacies of the pre-sales cycle, from discovery to  support hand-off, has produced a tool that changes the pre-sales game in so many ways.
Their support is world-class. Implementation is a breeze and user adoption is rapid. Leveraging their easy-to-connect integrations makes this a powerful tool. Clear insights into pipeline drive accurate forecasts. Analyze product gaps and develop based on market demand.
I use PreSkale every day. No more bouncing between tools to manage my admin workload. That saved time is now invested in working with my team and driving revenue.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

There is nothing to dislike. Admin work is tedious, PreSkale makes it enjoyable.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PreSkale solves for the long-time bain of pre-sales existence... so many tools have to be used for tracking pre-sales activity. One pane relieves the pain.
SEs and SAs come together leveraging their symbiotic relationship to drive revenue and product development. No more guessing who has to do what by when, or which feature should be developed next. Outmaneuver your competitors by working smarter, not harder.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

There are 2 main things that stand out about PreSkale:

1) The intuitive UI and ease of use as a product quickly enables my organization to input data and contribute quickly to presales centric metrics. Getting started on a new tool can be a daunting task, but PreSkale has done a great job at making sure getting started is easily self servicable

2) The team and support. Ajay and Vijay have been awesome to work with. They have spent the time to support our needs, as well as take any feedback we had about the product for future implementation. Their dedication to supporting customers is truly top notch!

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

The main thing I dislike about PreSkale is the current state of reporting flexibility. This has been addressed by the PreSkale team though as something they have on their future roadmap, so I can't wait for those features to be released in the near future.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PreSkale is helping us fill in the defencies we have on presales reporting into our CRM. Without heavy lifting from our CRM developers, it is difficult to capture empirical data on our activities that help inform us on what decisions need to be made to advance our presales cycles.

Preskale helps us add in fields when the CRM might be limited due to functionality or business requirements.  This makes it easier to customize our documentation needs while the rest of the organization is able to maintain the information and structure they want to.

I wish  there were more features that go beyond standard presales since some companies incorporate aspects of post sales into the same role

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our CRM is highly structured for the Global team but we need specific data points for our region.  Preskale gives us a convenient space to document those

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

Preskale makes presales engineer's life much easier. The daily insights into sales pipelines makes it easier for presales folks to focus on the technical tasks. The platform provides great visiblity and enhances the collaboration across multiple team members. It acts as a single source point of truth for Presales Managers. The user adaptation is straightforward with minimal effort required to start using the tool. The support from the PM and the engineers is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

The UI could be better but they are actively grooming the product and feedbacks are taken seriously.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Presales resources can focus on spending quality time with the customer instead of tracking their efforts and progress.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

Very thoughtful and intuitive. There were some instances where something was so obvious that it was almost "too obvious" - as soon as I realized what to do (with the help of their wonderful team) I had a "duh" moment!

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

The design could be more robust. It feels like a standard Google Cloud Apps product, which is fine, but I could see it evolving down the road.

Managing the very complex process of presales while creating and organizing huge amounts of bespoke data.

MY favourite part about the product is how it can brdige the product gap gathered through the opportunity and how it can be linked with product management to give quantifyable impacts which can be automated than using manual efforts through spreadsheets

Nothing to dislike as such. SSO integration and automated updates to slack/teams would be features that will help.

The platform will be easily integrable with the CRM tool, which auto-populates the opportunities/deal created on CRM. It also has a simple and customizable form to share the client ASK with the product/solution team to prepare and allocate the relevant resources.

The product is still evolving, but the team helps address the issues and proactively meets product deadlines.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

The focus area offers daily insights into the deals and makes our day much more manageable. Before PreSkale, we switched tabs a lot and now it’s just one click to access my entire work plan for the day. The availability of a calendar makes it easier for me to track my meetings across the week and offers complete visibility into my deals and future events as well. 

Personally, I get a lot done with just a unified Workspace and Starter profile.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

The CRM sync was basic and calender reports were minimal. The team was very collaborative in building the enhancements; over time, the sync evolved to be real-time. Because of the latest update, the tool instantly builds product gap analytics and shares quick actional insights.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM and calendar sync was always an issue and PreSkale just made it easier for our team to manage the overall operational load and focus on Solutioning. With the Workbook, accessing and organizing notes and tasks, and tracking calendar events connected to opportunities make our work life easier and more productive.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

The centralized workspace is unique and makes it easy to track the outcomes. The calendar automation has reduced manual work and lets me focus on collaborating with Prospects and Product teams. The implementation was straightforward, and our team could gain a lot of time back to focus on Solutioning.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

The calendar outcome tracking was very manual, but the team has released automated outcome tracking, which is very progressive. On the scale, we moved from disliking to loving it very quickly. Kudos to the team’s swift response to market requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering PreSkale:**

PreSkale is great for PreSales teams looking to streamline their overall PreSales process. The value plans make it easier for teams to unify solution offerings, product feedback and PreSales influence - all in one tool.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PreSkale makes it easier for us to control the calendar without much work. With reporting, we can access deeper insights into our meeting outcomes which helps us optimize the solution delivery rates. This also helps us determine the validity of SE involvement across incoming opportunities.  Their integration with Salesforce is on-time, seamless, and easy to set up and work with - Kudos to the team for delivering this.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

The seamless integration of Jira and PreSkale is the best feature! PreSkale acts as our front desk to collect product signals from the market and centralises the enhancement feedbacks and bug requests for our Sales engineering and product team. With the use cases, our product team can analyse every viewpoint from the market to build a solid story for product development. We are also able to find the time involvement between the Product and SE teams with their calendar automation.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

There are no dislikes. Our team has collaboration with market feedback has improved overtime and with the upcoming Product gap advanced analytics, we will have access to much more detailed reports to enable our SE and Product teams.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage product requests on Slack. After PreSkale, our interactions have become instantaneous and moved from quarterly meet-ups to real-time collaboration. It helps our team pick high-value requests for the market and transforming it into revenue. Truly a time saver!

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

TheSalesforce - PreSkale sync is very flexible and the user access is very straightforward. PreSkale works with/without an active Salesforce license and the write-back to CRM builds transparency across the Sales and PreSales team. The built-in pipeline has a default matrix view that enables the Sales - PreSales deal flow, filtered based on the PreSales users. These reports have helped us improve the deal forecast accuracy. The way our team was onboarded and the support offered by Joshua and the team is good!

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

User roles are very limited. They can work on adding more roles and also make it flexible for us to assign our own access control in the system. This brings in flexibility.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to access the platform with/without an active Salesforce license helps teams to experiment and build a stronger Presales notion. We reinvested our Salesforce PreSales budget with PreSkale, which powers our complete PreSales operations - making it a lot better!

Deal status syn with CRM makes it easier to track the sales stages and ability to get insights on relevant solutions and product gaps

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

Would like to download reports on the monthly basis based on the custom sections by applying relevant filters.

Demo scheduling without overlapping time slots and syncing deals with CRM and Product gaps with Jira helps in smooth process from demo setup, syncing with  CRM and identifying product gaps to take necessary further actions

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

PreSkale reporting offers insights on SE distribution analytics and helps with visibility into the team across assigned opportunities. The Manager pipeline has a user-based filter to access the opportunities spread in the PreSales pipeline stages.

The Manager dashboard offers daily and weekly insights based on the team activities. I use this as the reference for our stand-ups, and it saves a lot of productive time. PreSkale team welcomes feedback and is quick to execute them.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

The only feedback I can think of is custom dashboards. PreSkale provides previously unavailable datasets, and we employ them to build sales analytics and go-to-market strategies. PreSkale. But, building on-demand custom dashboards is currently unavailable. The team is extensively working to offer this improvement, and we are happy with the progress.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our leaders now have access to resource distribution, attachment conversion, and Presales influence on opportunities that helps them align with the Sales objectives. With the Manager dashboard, the daily insights promote contextual and opportunity-oriented conversations helping us validate and focus on the right opportunity. This saves us a lot of time, and as a manager, it helps me enable my team to deliver the proper outcomes.

PreSkale is easy to use and the team develops features and functionality rapidly. They provide plenty of training content to get up and running fast. Having one source of truth for everything pre-sales is incredibly valuable, saving time and facilitating the advancement of opportunities.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

PreSkale makes it a breeze for the SE team to centralize product gaps and quantify this for every opportunity. We have access to all the use cases linked to every product gap and module within Jira because of the real-time sync with PreSkale. With the pulse score from the PreSkale product gap, our team prioritizes the roadmap and delivers to the market expectations. The product gap use-case manager helps us deep-dive further into these use cases and corner cases, which help us a lot. The team is always looking out for ways to improve the product-market feedback- this is very appreciatable.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

No dislikes at this stage. We are positioned well with the current capabilities offered by PreSkale. The team is constantly delivering improvements to make our work better.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Sales Engineering team has access to specific projects in Jira and can easily link them to modules and product gaps. PreSkale has made it a simple process to create Jira ticket if required - becoming the highlight that aids us in managing the product gaps better. The existing reports encourage our team to work with SE leaders, identify market-critical features and plan our roadmap to align with the go-to-market function. With new releases, reports are getting more robust and insightful.

We evaluated PreSkale as a replacement for Salesforce custom sections and implemented it for ease of use, calendar automation, CRM-Calendar- product insights. The team was exceptional in helping us set up and onboard - change management was non-existent as it fits right into our process.

PreSkale highlights the opportunities to focus for the day with access to a calendar and workbook - all in one view. The product experience flows with the PreSales process and enables the user to take timely action at the right points in the evaluation stage. 
Our team upgraded from filling multiple CRM fields to manage product gaps to 3-click product gap management. In one view, all the product gap items were classified by use cases with the pulse score in less than 2 days. PreSkale team’s passion is highly infectious!

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

PreSkale is the central point that helps our Customer Success team manage the product signals from the market. The Product gap manager makes it easier to identify crucial feedback linked to opportunities and helps us collaborate on product-market priorities internally.

Nothing. This tool is very straightforward to implement and use. The integration plays a very critical role in our ecosystem to streamline any feedback from customers, prospects, sales and Customer success.

**What problems is PreSkale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We replaced a couple of google sheets as PreSkale made it easier for us to manage all the inputs from one view. We are looking forward to the integration with our Customer Success tool which will make it more attractive for our extended team to adopt PreSkale for product gaps.

Integration with Salesforce, Google Calendar and now with Jira. It's easy to track time spent on each opportunity and maintain tasks, notes,POC status etc.

I can't see anything unuseful for now; looks very easy to use and less complicated.

**What do you like best about PreSkale?**

The team at PreSkale is incredibly responsive and collaborative. There are some user experience features that need improvement, but every other week the team is innovating and making a conscious effort to take this feedback from Presales professionals to improve.

**What do you dislike about PreSkale?**

I find that the web app/portal can become unresponsive at times which forces the user to refresh the page. Scalability will be key for PreSkale long term. Rich text editing is also a gap at the moment.

Having a single source of truth for the technical sale is a key reason why we needed a Presales management tool. It also allows us to input product evaluation criteria and product gaps that help ensure a technical win and cross-collaboration with Product/Engineering.

Firstly, How Preskale Integrates with your calendar, Salesforce and Jira. 
The bashboard Gives an overall picture of the current opportunities linked to your calendar View.
The support channel is great and try to resolve any issues sooner than expected

Not that I can think of right now. Maybe a way to remove the meetings that didn't happen.
There are a few enhancements that i erquested and the team is working on it i suppose,=.

The detailed View on Individual Opportunity Sync with Opportunities in Salesforce.
