Someone can ask a question a day, a week, or 6 months after the presentation. It doesn't matter, because they will still be able to get hold of me. It is also adaptable for the many hats that I wear. I have used it in my real estate business (listing presentations, during open houses), to instruct fellow VFW members (how to recruit and retain members), and as a chatbot to answer questions as I campaign to be the VFW Commander-in-Chief. **What do you dislike about PresEngage Audience Connect?** My only wish is for an easier way to update my presentation once it has been uploaded. It never fails, but I always forget something or want to tweak my presentation (they are always a work in progress). But the developer has been very patient and accommodating to help add information when needed. **What problems is PresEngage Audience Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** PresEngage solves for the problem of only being able to answer questions during the alloted Q&A session. It also gives the viewer/attendee an opportunity to ask that question they thought of AFTER they've gone home. Additionally, it allows for multiple conversations at once. If I'm speaking with someone privately, I may miss the opportunity to engage with someone else in person. But the software allows many individuals to engage simultaneously. ### 2. No hoping for WiFi to connect or anything like that. I utilized it for a presentation that required me to provide responses on my education, experience and present on several projects. The responses were incredibly accurate and emphasized the information I had uploaded, not made up information. Users get to ask any question they may have in any language, so they interact without interrupting you as a presenter in the middle of your point. At the same time, audience members ask questions when it’s convenient for them, not me, the presenter. I will use this tool on all of my presentations! **What do you dislike about PresEngage Audience Connect?** Can’t think of anything yet. I think I’m mainly blown away by the content and level of engagement it created in the audience but I’m sure I’ll come up with something! I will update my review when I do 🤷‍♀️ **What problems is PresEngage Audience Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Presengage gets my audience to stay engaged on my presentation. It prevents me from having to answer questions in the middle of my speech, and it answers questions for my audience as if I was having a one on one conversation with them. PresEngage adapts to my listeners on the fly and leads them where I want them to go. Everyone knows how to text so it’s super easy for anyone to use. The audience intelligence report really helped me get feedback about my presentation that I’ll use the next time. **What do you dislike about PresEngage Audience Connect?** There isn’t anything to dislike… Really! It’s very simple and straightforward to setup and they are adding new features constantly. **What problems is PresEngage Audience Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** People hesitate to ask questions and this solves that. It was flooded with them and every answer was on point with what it learned.
