Premier streamlined the learning curve. This resulted in a decrease in time need to train and allowed me to be a more effective team member by the week. It has helped us have more financial visibility at a company and job level. The subcontractor portal was a game changer for us (No more lost invoices!). They also partner with other software to help streamline our workflows including payroll, invoice & payment processing. They are constantly coming up with business solutions and implementing it into their program. They listen to their customers and have a great support team. **What do you dislike about Premier Construction Software?** As all in one as they are, they don't have a payroll processing system. They do timecards and can job cost all labor but it has to be sent to a 3rd party processor (which might be a good thing for liability reasons, someome else files your payroll taxes). The entire process from initial set up, to in depth training, to troubleshooting, and internal process development the team at Jonas Premier has been there every step of the way. We’ve felt very supported, and the process was as seamless as could be. As a result of implementing Premier, our project management and accounting teams have more transparency across all our projects. Our project managers have real time access to project financial information and are empowered to make decisions to better serve our clients and increase project profitability. The reporting features in particular are very user friendly, customizable, and provide relevant data for all users. The software is very user friendly, was very easy to learn for us, and has a great layout. Their reports have a drilldown feature which has been extremely useful for us and has really helped us see exactly where our numbers are coming from. In comparison to our previous software we find that Jonas Premier doesn't require as many steps to accomplish a task. The job costing is comprehensive and lets you see multiple jobs at once. We came from QuickBooks, and the lack of comprehensiveness was holding us back. Premier has helped accounting and our project managers focus on their jobs and use the software to expedite nearly every task from AR, AP, time entry, and reporting. **What do you dislike about Premier Construction Software?** I wish there were a whole module to keep track of subcontractor lien releases. I think that would be so helpful overall. This screen has so much data right at your fingertips so that you can quickly see where any issues are regarding the budget. There are hyperlinks within that screen (and throughout the software) that allow you to jump to the actual document/information, which is incredibly helpful. You can add or remove columns of data and you can also export to Excel for further ease of use. Any question you would have about why a particular item is presenting a certain way - it can be answered from this screen. Other really wonderful features include Net Zero A/P Invoices - this allows you to post and track activity accurately.
