Implementation across multiple systems can be complex, especially if data isn't synced properly. Ensuring real-time updates and consistency across platforms can be challening without strong integration

PossibleNow has been our trusted compliance partner for over ten years.  We recently implemented their MyPreferences product to help us deliver personalized customer experiences. MyPreferences is a powerful tool that allows us to collect and manage customer preferences along with detailed audit histories in a centralized location. They have been incredibly responsive to our company's needs. They have taken the time to understand our business objectives and have expanded upon core product features to help us meet our customer experience objectives. I highly recommend PossibleNow and their MyPreferences product to any business looking to improve its customer experience. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to customer success make them a standout technology company in this space.

The user permissions page is cumbersome, but otherwise, not much.

Everyone we have dealt with within the organization is well-versed in contact center compliance.  They have decades of experience and are there to help support you and your teams.  Scrubbing tools for calls or e-mails, support for your compliance teams to make the best possible decisions to safeguard your organization.

**What do you dislike about Preference Management | Do Not Contact Compliance?**

I haven't had a negative experience yet.  Short of ridding the world of bad actors in the telecommunications industry, which is doubtful anyone will ever accomplish.  I think they do a great job.

**What problems is Preference Management | Do Not Contact Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make some of the more difficult portions of my job easier.  Scrubbing through their DNC solution is simple, quick and accurate.  Advise on processes and a second set of expert eyes when you're searching for needles in haystacks is always helpful.

PossibleNow is very easy to use.  I simply upload a csv file to the system, identify the column that contains the numbers I want to check against the DNC & then export the results.  The system is also very reliable.  I can only think of 2X, in the almost three years that we have been using it, where the system was down & it was for less than an hour each time.

The only thing that took some getting used to was understanding the meaning behind the different DNC flags. I honestly don't think there is anything PossibleNow could do to make this better.  It is just how convoluted the US system is with different Federal & state DNC lists.

It is allowing us to remain compliant with the different federal & state DNC laws.

CAN-SPAM Compliance is the number  one thing that PossibleNOW helps us with. Staying in compliance with the ability to attest compliance.

**What do you like best about Preference Management | Do Not Contact Compliance?**

Using the DNCSolution one can easily control the do not call and text lists. The software works well to restrict unnecessary calls/ texts/ emails etc. It's easy to use and configure and helps the call center to comply with all the DNC laws.

**What do you dislike about Preference Management | Do Not Contact Compliance?**

The integration with the legacy systems via APIs can be improved to get better results. Getting the data to and fro from an external system is a bit tricky and requires a lot of technical expertise.

As the product claims and states, it helps the call center to manage their multiple DNC's like calls/ texts and emails. Using this one can easily comply to all the laws and manage the requests of the users and in turn efforts of the agents are also taken care of so that they do not spent unnecessary efforts on calling/texting/emailing users who do not want to hear from you.

Not all email notifications are related to compliance. Sometimes there is a false alarm
