It has changed the customers experience retailing and shopping, both instor and online is amazing. **What do you dislike about PredictSpring?** As far as i know, there is nothing which I can say isn't great in PredictSpring. It is always a great company to work with for growing, learning perspective as well. **What problems is PredictSpring solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping users and retailers to make fine choices before finalizing anything. Also, in this fast moving digital-first world, I can say it is providing a great platform with their shopping experience. I've tried their mPOS and Full POS. Their Clienteling algoirithm is very helpful in maintaining healthy relationships with key customer base. We also appreciate the value added to our business by their improved Endless Aisle functionality (we really liked the Instagram Shop-the-look feature). **What do you dislike about PredictSpring?** BOPIS/Curbside Pickup model can be improved. Their no-coding approach for the mobile commerce platform is like a dual-edged sword. It brings excellent value in terms of reduced turn-around times but the limitation of not being able to add customizations is something to be concerned with. **What problems is PredictSpring solving and how is that benefiting you?** A healthly POS system is a lifeline for any business in retail space - PredictSpring offers excellent value with modern POS (Full and mPOS), their solutions help in maintaining healthy customer relationship with Clinteling model.
