My company uses PractiTest slightly differently than the average user. Our automation team built an api that report the test results to PractiTest and then we use the reporting to pull that data back down. PractiTest has made it easy to, at a glance, see how our product is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cloning reports is a pain in the rear. When you go to clone a report and change the test set that you want to use in the report all of the filters reset, and have to be manually applied by hand again. It doesn't take long to reapply the filters, but it would speed up my workflow to not have to constantly reapply the filters to the reports I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m consistently impressed by the simplicity and integration capabilities of PractiTest, and I truly appreciate the R&D team’s responsiveness and timely feedback on suggestions; it significantly enhances our experience. I also value the seamless integration with other automation tools and the clear, user-friendly documentation, which makes implementation straightforward and efficient. It would be fantastic if we could write and run automated scripts directly within the portal, with built-in monitoring, eliminating the need for additional plugins like Jenkins. This capability would streamline our process and make automation even more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows comprehensive tracking and matrix creation between requirements, test cases, test runs, and defects.
Very easy to onboard, including with built-in integrations with 3rd party tools.
From personal experience, their customer support is prompt and helpful.
Supports test case parameterization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not the chepest option out there (then again, not the priciest also).
I don't know how many other platforms support that feature, but PractiTest doesn't support creating a hierarchy of test cases, such as a test case with a few sub-cases (it is possible to work around this by using labels and filters to define "parents," but that would not be as straightforward). UI is very nice and user friendly. It has REST end point for many of the features / components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They still have to work on creating more APIs ( to create projects). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is great test management tool, it syncs well with JIRA and other integrations. It also has faster support system in case of any issue. Easy to learn for new employeers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can be improved little better as I really find hard sometimes to adjust to the new UI changes and I would stick to the older ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is connected from the Milestone level down to requirements, tests, test sets, and issues. And the issues are connected back to our project management tool, ClickUp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A little bit of a learning curve to use the tool effectively, more so for users with no experience of previous test case management tools.
This is not a 'dislike' but I would like a way to more easily see tests across multiple categories relating to one feature.
A feature to help review manage tests over time and find duplicates or redundant tests as the number of tests grow for a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Practitest is an excellent test management tool that offers a seamless and user-friendly experience. Given the requirements of my team, I am particularly happy that it allows for efficient management of all test assets, including requirements, test cases, test sets, test runs, and issues, all in one place. This high level of traceability and transparency makes it easy to keep track of the testing process. Another feature I quite like are the dashboards and the fact that they can be shared and viewed externally and without access to the project/product is quite important for us.
Since it is a cloud based product, it is simple to set up. Overall, Practitest is a reliable and effective solution for test management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't any major things I dislike about it, but I see some room for improvement in the UI. I would like to have the option to select the dark theme for Practitest UI. Additionally, the dashboards I do like, but I don't like that reports on it cannot be resized or rearanged more freely, this I believe would be really beneficial and would help tell a better story on our QA efforts to the stakeholders.
