Practifi has a great team that are willing to listen and work to help customize our instance and needs. Their out of the box product is great for advisors and even better they are built to support enterprise firms as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Comes with a great starting point for financial services, so you aren't building a CRM out from scratch
- Support desk features real humans that you'll get to know
- Built on the Salesforce platform, so there's lots of help on the internet
- You get an account rep who can help with big picture items. Ours is great, but he is also very new to Practifi, so that can be a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Doesn't provide support on flows and other more complex functions, which can be limiting if you don't have a SF developer on staff. Sometimes you can get in front of someone who will show you some tricks though.
- Support can be slow and confusing at times.

Practifi's commitment to the RIA space. They have developed a product that specifically addresses the needs of RIAs. The user interface is very friendly and easy to navigate. The process engine they have built allows us to manage client workflows in a more efficient manner. They are very receptive from a customer service standpoint. Transition from your old CRM into Practifi was very smooth. Overall ongoing support for issues that arise. The number of new features that they continue to rollout over time. The system is very easy to use and can be adapted based on your firm's needs/wants. They are willing to listen to new ideas and feedback to continue to make new enhancements in the future. The thoughtfulness on how Data can be used. IE rolling data up to other fields. Built around wealth management so fields available are fields you would want to see. in depth back end allows for useful processes & workflows. More automated than other CRMs after fully built out. Out of the box environment is lacking in some areas and needs customization, but little to no education on how-to. Must self teach. IE - No permissions are set on login, practifi success has articles on permissions, but they are very top level and do not provide details on what each permission category restricts. Setting up workflows is a nightmare - not intuitive and way too many steps.
Different permissions for different users is also not intuitive. Too many groups and permission sets you have to assign and then it doesn't even work as expected so just make all key users admins to get around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When rolling out Practifi, you need to make sure what pages/items you want on or off. For us, we have multiple redundant fields and can't remove them cause half our company uses them. It's just more overhead, be aware as you roll out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practifi helps simplify a powerful, yet overwhelming tool - Salesforce. Practifi's team works diligently to continually improve their platform to keep up with the changing needs of the industry. There are a lot of clicks to complete any single task or process step. Not easy to customize. Support team responds to everything with an article link that has nothing to do with your issue. Impossible to speak to someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is customized for wealth management and easy for advisors to use once they understand the system. In addition, there is a lot of functionality available when it comes the different tiles when can add to the entities, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel that internal resources are spread thin and it makes it difficult to get things done in a timely manner. In addition, technical expertise seem to be limited.
