**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

Practice better is easy to use and very intuitive. I started using it initially only for booking and secure messaging purposes. As I learned more about it, I started creating programs amd memberships on it. Integrations also help tremendously when running a campaign. Also, they keep on improving the platform so there will always be new things to look forward to.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

So far, I don't really have anything I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better practice allows me to have my practice anywhere I am at any given time. This gives me the flexibility to help my patients when they need me while giving my patients access to my services whenever they need it.

I find it challenging to pinpoint just one aspect, as Practice Better has significantly streamlined my practice across multiple fronts. One of its standout features is its role as a central hub for organizing various aspects of my business. From managing forms and notes to handling scheduling, telehealth sessions, payment processing, and even analyzing practice performance, Practice Better efficiently consolidates these essential functions, simplifying my workflow and enhancing overall practice management.

One aspect that occasionally presents a challenge for me is the learning curve associated with new features or updates within Practice Better. While the platform offers a wealth of functionality, I sometimes find myself feeling overwhelmed when attempting to absorb information through tutorials. However, I acknowledge that this challenge is inherent to any evolving software platform, and I appreciate Practice Better's efforts to continuously improve and innovate.

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

I like that we can turn off calorue counts for clients and create modules for completion! The chat part is amazing as well to help in btwn appts! I have spoken with other nutritionists and have tried Healthie and other apps and this works well for all of the practice.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

It's sometimes slow, some of the new features added are great but they have flaws (protocol servings for meal plans, not being able to pause a program for clients) are still issues that we would like to see resolved.

Practice better is solving the issues of having most of our client info in one place!

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

I love the automations feature with Practice Better.  It is easy to set up and use, the customer support is phenomenal, they're always updating to improve for us and they listen to us.  I love that I can access it on my phone or computer and use it daily.  My clients love it too!

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

That I can't customize my forms/notes/protocols more. 
The customization of the note templates is clunky and has bugs. 
No automation with payments and if I want that in the future, I'm being forced into using Stripe, which impacts my business.
I wish I could run more reports as well.

I love that everything is connected to the patient and so easy to find!

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

I wish I could book a patient while in their profile page and book and appointment and be able to see availability already on our practice's calendar, instead of going out of the patient page and into the availability page.

**What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Those wanting to be patients can easily book into an intro call with me and they can create an account so when I do a call them, their info is already in the system.

The ease of use for patient notes, being able to open old notes and view them while I also have a new note open is amazing. I can also have forms open in the hub while documenting new notes. Payments  and scheduling all in one and very easy to do.

So far, I am very happy with Practice Better and can't say anything I don't like about it. Honestly.

It's a one stop spot for writing medical notes, giving forms for clients to fill out and send in without needing a printer, I take payment for sessions on it and schedule.

I like that it's a user-friendly platform on both the practitioner and client side. It's a safe place to keep all forms and documents. It's been an instrumental organizational tool, and I like using the chat for clients so I'm not tied to emails.

It's user-friendly, but it does take some time to get used to the menus and where to go for certain functionalities.

Having one place to hold everything I need for client management. Also HIPAA-compliant communication rather than emails - my clients have a safe way to contact me without bombarding my inbox.

The organization and detail throughout the platform make consistency possible across my practice.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

Practice Better does reload versions quite often and does force quite frequent saving to continue where you were at. This could be a setting I am able to change as I have never dug that deep but it is not the most convenient to have to reload and save as often as the platform asks me to.

A way to communicate and document my practice with each client from a private and organized platform.

I don't think I can get rid of Active Campaign since it holds the permissions for consent.

I love that Pratice Better is customizable and keeps everything extremely organized. It's helpful to be able to add tags, send messages, review food logs and integreate with other apps like my google calendar.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

Practice Better lacks the ability to integreate with/act as an EHR software.

I have had difficulty with scheduling on Practice Better with many days and times being bloacked out, even though when I input my availability it is completely open.

Better patient communication, ease of document sending, quick access to food journals, and ease of scheduling.

I love that Practice Better helps me keep all of my clients information in one safe, and easy to organize place.  It has helped streamline my business and organize my client notes and documents so that I don't have to search through multiple platforms to work with clients.  I also really appreciate that Practice Better is always working to improve their platform and provides really helpful classes that have helped me elevate my client experience.

The Zoom connection still feels a little clunky, but that could be because I'm not using it appropriately.

It allows me to have all of my client information in one safe, and easy to use place.  I also love that the messaging feature allows me to keep all of my client conversations in one place.

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

Practice Better has allowed me to manage all the moving parts of my multi-faceted business from one place. This is most helpful for organization and followup. Also, Practice Better works well for both my in-person and virtual services, as well as my product offerings.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

The only downside of Practice Better has been sizing image headers for programs. This minor inconvenience that is grossly overshadowed by all of the benefits.

**What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The protocols, notes and chat features allow me to keep all client communications in one place which solved the problem of piecing together client info and updates from multiple sources - email, text messages, etc - while keeping the information HIPAA compliant. 

The tags and broadcast features allow me to group clients together in various ways that make sense for me, and send specific messaging to those groups at once, eliminating the need for an email list. 

Personalized recommendations and forms are easily edited and added to a protocol that can then be sent to a client, and available for future review by both of us.

Practice Better is an all-in-one platform that has allowed me to seamlessly streamline the operations of my business and clinical practice. The customer support and service provided through Practice Better is top of the line - there has always been professional support in implementing the features of the platform and troubleshooting any issues that may come up. I use it regularly for scheduling, invoicing, as well as for hosting online workshops and courses. I love having a program that offers multiple features in one and use it rgularly in my practice. Since the onset of using it, it was always been user friendly and easy to integrate with my many business operations. Thank you, Practice Better!

While I've never had an issue with the user face, sometimes my clients have difficulties utilizing and accessing the platform.

Prior to using Practice Better, I was utilizing many different systems for scheduling, invoicing and client communication. This slowed down my response and made for a disorganized way to manage my client base. Now, with Practice Better, I am able to keep the administrative tasks of client management organized and streamlined.

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

I like the functionality of Practice Better compared to other larger, pricer EHR systemes available on the market. I have the same benefits of client, engagement and records creation and storage, and business management tools that other systems offer but at a much more affordable price.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

There are aspects of Practice Better that would be more helpful if the platform focused on supporting one discipline rather than trying to cater to all alternative care modalities. I find the biggest push is for client engagement through on-line courses. I am not there, yet, in my private practice so having those services constantly pushed into myself through courses offered and home page advertising...there are other services that I need for builidng my practice and engaging with clients. Additionally, last year the constant increases in monthly billing prices without sizable forwarning and discussion was frustrating.

Practice Better helps me have a secure platform for messaging and interacting with clients.

Streamlined scheduling, billing, program modules, client communication--extremely convenient and saves a lot of time and energy.
Customer support is excellent--always quick and relevant.

I would love it if there was a MyFitnessPal integration (the food journaling in practice better is more cumbersome to use)

As said previously, having the Evergreen Program option so that all of my modules get sent out at specific intervals is great. I love the forms section so that I can streamline things; the integrated billing, scheduling, video sessions are all great.

I love how easy Practice Better is to use.  As soloprenuer/health coach it simplifies running a health coaching practice with everything in one place, email management, messaging community, group coaching, fullscript, calender management, running of courses and landing pages and so much more.   Very responsive customer support and the continuing commitment to education and business growth.

Maybe some more flexiblity with customisations and no paypal integrations

It has all the I need it to do, but what I like the most is that will all the education that provided, I've been able to expand my offers. I now have courses, offer group sessions, and video calls all since starting to use practice better. I also really enjoy the ease of creating and tracking packages for my clients.

Sometime o get confused with setting availability and creating groups classes. The stripe integrator has also been quite sticky.

Practice Better is basically my office space. It's where i talk to my clients, where i take notes about them, where i write the notes for them, how i communicate with them and they with me. It is encrypted so I don't need to worry about personal data breaching issues, it provides clients with invoices and collects payments for me. Practice Better allows me to run programmes and my retreats and my 1 to 1 business. And when i write stuff up i can save it and reuse with other clients, which saves soooo much admin time! wouldnt be doing this job without it!

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

Some of my clients are greek and they can't understand the english interface, something I'm working around though. Also some of my english clients find it hard to navigate. i really don't see how, but just letting you know i do get a minority of clients telling me they don't know where to find things, but i dont think that is Practice Better's fault.

I occassionally noticed a few technical issues, such as some text looking squished in resulting PDFs of session notes due to small line spacing. Practice Better fixes issues relatively quickly though.

I tried another practice management system but switched to Practice Better because I needed something that was more user-friendly and had more options. Practice Better offers so many options and at a better value than other systems. I can schedule appointments, email or chat with clients, upload documents, create and schedule program (one of the biggest benefits), and sync with other apps and sites. I love that it flows seemlessly with That Clean Life. Definitely an app worth paying for!

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

There is a learning curve and the tutorial videos are somewhat long and not always the most easy to follow. A few things are updated and the tutorials don't always show the updated version.

I needed a solution for creating a program for clients they could access but that would also allow me to manage my clients, communicate and schedule sessions with them. An all in one solution.

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

Practice Better makes my business easy. It's a one-stop-shop for me. I manage my client appointments, notes and my group program content all within the platform. My clients love using the app to access the content and make/change their appointments. The automations mean that I don't have to manually do anything after someone purchases a package or service and I have the widget embedded in my checkout page so it's a seamless transaction on their end. There are only a few little things I would love added, I'm sure they'll be features soon as the team are very responsive to feedback.

The appearance of modules in programs can't be condensed and expanded which makes it look like a lot of content on the client's end. The landing pages need to be more customisable.

Practice better offers a secure place to store notes and manage appointments. It is set up to allow my clients to access all parts of my program - the content, their appointment with me and a communication channel with me.

I like the features and ease of use in the Practice Better tool. It has many features and functions that make things easy to keep in one place.  

Practice Better also excels at bringing in great speakers, leaders and other educational nuggets that are helpful and enrich the knowledge a newer practitioner can benefit from. They have left these free too and that is a great advantage of partnering with this company.

As a newer and smaller business, the tools and features help a lot but it is not always at a price point that make it conducive to take advantage of upfront. Things like the That Clean Life and other benefits Practice Better is bringing in are wonderful but again for the newer, smaller business it's not always aligned with the price point considerations.

Nutritional education that is key in holistic medicine. 
Integration of other tools and ease that the tool can be interfaced with websites and other client facing elements the business needs to have.
The education/program/classes integration is a lovely tool!

Practice better has TONS of great features and is the platform that looks most like the platforms the big hospital systems use from my experience, and I've tried a LOT of platforms. The programs feature is excellent, I love the messaging, ability to adjust tags and tracking patients, and the protocols feature is my favorite! Fullscript integration makes my lift SO much easier.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

I bill insurance and have cash-pay clients and tracking billing is a nightmare. Wtihout the ability to integrate with a claimes clearing house like office ally I have no idea whose claims have been paid until I download an EOB from the insurance company and check, then I have to manually update the claim to paid in practice better and even when I do that the visit doesn't reflect as paid when you run a report of paid vs. unpaid visits. It's incredibly frustrating, but none of the other systems I've tried have gotten the other parts right. I would jump to a software that could do the clinical/structure bit that practice well does AND make more sense of the billing piece if I could find one, but I haven't so far.

Practice better is great from a clinical/patient care standpoint.

In my holistic wellness program, I used combined training from being a board-certified massage therapist, personal trainer, yoga instructor and  IIN to structure my programs to the individual client. I love the flexibility to have clients be able to track macros or just take photos of their food. There is such diverse use for Practice Better, including keeping up with all of my admin in once place! It's BY FAR the best app I have ever found to use with clients.

I would really get more use out of it if there were third party integrations with My Fitness Pal, Whoop, Garmin, and Renpho.

I love the integrations for the UK with Natural Dispensary, this has been such a time saver. Also That Clean Life recipes too. Client's find the app super helpful in communicating with practitioners. It's been the backbone of my practice and I use it everyday. Easy to navigate, helpful training and guides, and simple graphics that don't distract from the therapeutic protocols. Highly recommend.

The cost can be a big commitment, especially if you are self-employed with variable income.

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

It has everything I need as a private practice dietitian and clinic owner who provides multiple services - from 1-on-1 counselling, to group programs, to faxing for referrals, and team managment. Their help desk is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

There are occasional tech glitches that arise, but the help desk is very responsive.

**What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps reduce my admin time for client management, and provides a secure platform for all communications/messaging with clients. As well, I love that I can automate tasks.

**What do you like best about Practice Better?**

All in one place. I love how it integrates with my calendar, Herbal dispensary, lab, and payment processor. Nice customer service, and I've never had a glitch with the system.

**What do you dislike about Practice Better?**

I can't do email blasts based on categories.

**What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease in integrating with companies I use for my patients. Schedule and appointment reminders for my patients. EHR
