"The best tool to make videos online"

It is reliable; they are constantly adding new templates and improving the product. Renders are relatively fast and working with Powtoon is very easy

"Horrible customer service"

What do you like best about Powtoon?

I used it only a few times, so I all I can say is it looks like it has a lot of potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Powtoon?

Awful customer service. You can't just sign up for a year but have to agree to annual payments from your credit card. One year later they charged $128 to my card with no notice. I contacted them immediately and they agreed to refund my money and cancel the contract. Three weeks and several more emails promising a refund I still have received nothing. Next step is to call my bank and file a complaint against PowToon. Lousy customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
