There's a bunch of review platforms out there, many of which will capture reviews that live only on your site. When you start thinking about syndication, though, it comes down to Power Reviews and Bazaar Voice. For the cost, Power Reviews is the best, and I continue to find Bazaar Voice operates in a nearly mafia-like manner, going as far as to hold syndication to places like Walmart hostage unless you pay them additional fees. It doesn't seem to have the "cachet" that Bazaar Voice has, which means you sometimes need to fight your way through in some areas when dealing with larger players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is extremely easy to moderate reviews, collect analytics, and explore the content that customers are providing in their reviews. But most of all I like the amazing customer service and relationship we have had with our account managers for several years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few companies that do not integrate well with PowerReviews (at no fault of PowerReviews), and while unfortunate it is not something that causes us to lose any sleep at night. We know that the team at PowerReviews is working hard to ensure that we can syndicate the maximum number of reviews to as many partners as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have worked with a lot of review platforms over the years and Power Reviews is by far the best. Everyone I have worked with--from my direct account team to the implementation teams--have all been amazing and helpful in every way. They take a very hands-on service approach with every project, ensuring tasks are outlined in detail and weekly check-ins are had. Power Reviews is also constantly working on new updates, integrations and imrpovements and akes the feedback of their customers into account with any updates they make. There is nothing I dislike about any of the people we work with. I do feel that the UI of the platform is a little hard to navigate at first, but our account team helped walk us through where to find everything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an account manager at a boutique digital agency, client services and strategic guidance are of paramount importance in the vendors I engage with for my clients. PowerReviews does not disappoint on that front. During the vetting process my contact was thorough, engaged and thoughtful to my clients' needs and constraints. The ongoing support post-implementation has shown PWR to be engaged and invested in the best solution and success of my client. They come with new ideas and innovative interactions to maximize the exposure of product reviews and look for deeper insights into customer feedback that can help the brand. My only real challenge with PWR is the backend platform. It's not overly intuitive and can be cumbersome to get to the data you are looking to get. I enjoy the ease of using their dashboard. I have a lot of team members of different departments use their dashboard, and everyone finds it easy to use and fully functional. The reporting is great and easy to use (and even schedule to save time). I am very much a "do it myself" user and like being able to modify reports and searches to how I want them to work/show. I am not crazy about the ticketing support system. I don't have a dedicated rep I can email or call when I have an issue. Many services have gone to the ticket system though, so I just buck up and deal with it. This has changed with my yearly review, so I have a few emails and one phone number to call if something big happens. I don't abuse having this though, as I get why the ticket system is used. We have a fair bit of customizing we can do, but there is a lot that is still "global" settings that we cannot change. I prefer to be able to tweak the look and use more, but I'm not crying about it. Power Reviews is easy to use and easy to implement. Our Customer Success team, led by Dominique, is highly knowledgeable, and their response time is excellent.
