PowerReviews is easy to install, easy to use, and easy to maintain. It's the best solution I have found to collect and display user generated reviews, collect and answer customer questions on the site, and syndicate the content to your partners. PowerReviews is used by many other retailers in our space, so it is a challenge to create a truly unique experience for our consumers. This is not a "dislike" so much as it is a testament to PowerReviews' amazing services. Everyone wants to use the best in the business! Also, we would love if PowerReviews had a wider range of systems that it could integrate with. Power Reviews has comprehensive documentation, a skilled and well-oiled implementation team, and an extremely knowledgeable account management staff. Product reviews not only create a great user experience for our customers but also gives us the tools (API and portal) that allow us to analyze and maintain our review and UGC content and associated data. Every time we think of something we would like to do with Power Reviews or its data, Power Reviews already has that feature or functionality set up and waiting for us. I cannot think of anything that I dislike. Every experience I have had with the Power Reviews portal and associates has been top-notch. Their portal is well designed, responsive, and has a robust feature set. Their API is well documented and allows us to access our data in totality or as granularly as we want or need.
