PowerChurch Plus is web-based and lets us do all our bookkeeping, payroll, membership, and donations (pledges). It allows unlimited users and each user has a customized access level. This app is very robust. Therefore, it is complex and requires training. It took us a while to get things all set up -- chart of accounts, budget, payroll taxes, etc. But once it was done, things run very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy enough to learn and a decent amount of functionality to create and report. Help is good when you call in. It has many features for contributions, accounting, membership lists and directories. We are using PowerChurch Online to keep track of all of our giving from our members as well as an Accounts Payable for all of our bills and expenses. At one time we used this also for payroll, however due to the time it took for one person to keep track of payroll and all that's involved we moved to outsourcing payroll. Possibly the one drawback for PowerChurch Online is its speed. Since it is all webbased there is some drag in the network when you are inputting information into the databases. Also there seems to be way to many menu options that it becomes hard navigating to the correct page or pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use for admins and the ability to pull from a variety of other platforms. There are numerous reports that are built in that make it extremely easy to find the members that are missing at different times throughout the year according to their giving habits. Also you are able to create custom reports to achieve needs based on what is happening at different times of the year sort of like running graphs or bar charts. I wish this were able to allow for more custom reporting from the expenses. The expenses part of the program is where it is lacking compare to some of the other software companies that are similar. When I access the church membership section, there are several screens that need to be accessed in order to see all of the member's information. It would be nice to have it all on one when needing to make updates/changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like this system because it manages the database efficiently, it can also manage lists of assistants emails. This system also has a calendar that is very useful for scheduling events. This system also has a contribution module that allows you to manage the money donated by people and integrate it into another system in order to take it to an accounting system. more precise.

I really like the interface, since it is friendly, and very understandable, this system is compatible with the network and allows the pastor to keep his work schedule and his sermons in order, quickly and easily. At the moment I have no complaints about this system, rather I am grateful for that person who had the idea of creating a software as versatile and easy to manage as Powerchuch plus.
