There are some bugs in the software which needs to be fixed earliest.

Bugs like suddenly getting closed while working and sometimes, Unable to send the files. These are some issue which needs to be taken care of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one plus this operating program has over EMA is that it integrates a scheduling system into the same system that we use to document and scribe all the medical records.

Oh, I thought of a second positive. Notes — which are referred to as “tasks” in P2P — can be “completed”, but still have the ability to be reactivated and edited at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The whole rx and med list portion of the program is very difficult to learn and get used to. There are too many options on how to send the rx: e-scribe med, compound, medication. And you can’t actually fax the rx from ALL of these options, so you still end up having to call some rx’s in, which is a waste of time. I also don’t like that if you deactivate a rx because a patient stopped it even temporarily, that you can’t easily reactivate it without having to put a totally new rx in. I also don’t like that you don’t have a place to write important tidbits or “notes” about patients that is easily visible upon first entering the pts chart. I also don’t like that it doesn’t show who uploaded documents into a patient chart. You can see who scheduled an appt, but not who is responsible for uploading documents. I love how easy is to schedule, check in and out patients and submit Insurance Payments, the text review is a new feature and appointment text reminder gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took awhile to get set up with the Medicare software and lots of miscommunications but 3 months later is working smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
