Being a medium size business a $50,000 budget is out of reach for our team and BICS was accomodating and scoped out the project for us and had a model for large and small engagements. They provided a competitive price and setup weekly calls with me and I even had a phone number to call when we ran into issues with our development. I know a Phone Number may not sound super important but we use this app for our entire team and we need it in service at all times so the support line has made the world of a difference. We used PowerApps and then developed a Power BI report that we could use for anlaytics. I reached out to 2-3 service providers and their approach was truly the best one out to market.
