I'm not really sure. I tried to use their trial service and the system wouldn't start working as it said it was calibrating. Since I only had a 7 day trial, I reached out to the company via email and they stated that my trial was over, and they don't issue refunds. Ever. Even though I never used the service. Even after I asked for a refund, they continued to charge me for the last four months. They even had the nerve to tell me that I had to log back into their service just to cancel. Horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Potion to be a great fit in my sales arsenal, the platform is user friendly and I was able to create my first campaign within the first 10 minutes of signing up. It would be great if I could directly send personalized AI videos through your chrome extension. Maybe a feature that allows me to insert name on-the-go and send the generated video in almost real time? Non-Existent Support Team for individual and team licenses from what I found-

Was trialing the tool on the $99 starter tier for my team and ran across a workflow breaking bug. 3 emails, a request to see a demo, and a hunt for their support # (still can't find) - I haven't heard back.

I couldn't be happier with Poison software for video recording! The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy. They have a really lovely interface, which is not common for a new startup. I especially like the cute witchy cat mascot they have.

It's really quick and easy to set up your first video, you just follow the step-by-step instructions and make sure to put your head within the oval for the dynamic greeting.

I'm still amazed that AI can do this and save me a ton of work.

The teleprompter is great and so useful for recording.

The AI cloning of my voice is, unfortunately, horrendous. I was assured that the AI would be retrained and the team will manually review my recorded sentences, but it seems that the team is busy, so for now I will be recording each greeting on my own. It still saves time though.

I also wish that we can add in more than 1 dynamic phrase. Right now it's only the names in the greeting that can be changed. I believe this is a feature that will come out in the future.

I also would like the circle for the AI to be editable to different sizes. Right now the only way to get my face to fit in the circle is to have my laptop at more than an arm's length away. I like that I can use my potion videos while sending outbound sale pitches. I can condense my sales pitch in an email because the video has all the information I need it to! The email can just be me introducing myself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
