Its academic focus is useful for freshly-minted students -- who may not have a lot of practical experience in the job market -- to toot their own horns, in the lead-up to, and following, graduation. The site is not particularly intuitive. It does not appear to be integrated with my academic transcripts at my university, as in the course of this review, I noticed that my account only displays my BS and not my MA. It is very simple to upload projects and other things that you want to showcase on your profile. It is a nice combination of Linkedin and Facebook so it is fairly user friendly for those who are already used to those programs. The customer service and support is phenomenal, they have been very quick answering our questions and concerns as well as speedy with resolving technical errors. From the reviewer side, it takes a lot of practice to get used to the pathway. There have been tech issues here and there but it is also a brand new platform to us on the administrative side and over 550 new users trying out this platform. There are some nitpicky things that we think could be improved, but they are things that we are getting used to. We have not come across any major program issues yet.
