Poppy AI Reviews & Product Details

There's so much to say that I like best about Poppy AI but I think the couple of things that I like most about it is the visual layout of it all. Being able to see it like a Miro board is literally one of my favorite features. Using tools like Claude or ChatGPT (or even Grok) are so binary and difficult to allow my creativity to expand since it's all just very singular. The other thing that I love about it is being able to feed it videos from social media platforms as I work with quite a few influencers and use similar frameworks for landing pages, emails, etc. But being able to capture their brand voice without having to take the transcription, feed it into my AI chat, tell it that it's for this specific client and to commit it to memory... that's exhausting. Now I can just feed it a few videos and it instantly captures their tone and language in seconds. GAME CHANGING! The last thing that I'll say that I like the most is the voice note feature... I am obsessed with it since I type so much for my clients and being able to just talk to Poppy is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard for me to find something that I dislike about Poppy AI but I think the one thing I would love if they integrated was having a "library" of their training videos where I can refresh my memory on best practices. Like most tech / AI companies, they move fast which is amazing but it can also get disorienting with a new feature coming and they flash a notification about it but if I'm in a "work mode" mentality, I'll exit out of the notification but then forget to go back to it. So having a library where new updates can be updated with the videos and notes would be amazing. Even a "case study" board where they do interviews with their top creators who are leveraging the Poppy AI platform and showcase how they're using them - not necessarily showing them all of their boards but getting a sneak peak into how different people are using the software so you can get a better idea of what's possible. Lastly, I would say that I'd love to have a roadmap that's easily accessible from the boards and potentially an ideas generator so the community that uses Poppy AI can make suggestions of what we'd love to see since we're using it. - Information once set-up remains inside the board and you can quickly create new scripts from this information

- You can create different boards for different products

- You can train poppy with the best performing reels/content

- You can teach poppy the best in class copy writing and storytelling by simply adding youtube videos.

- Poppy has (apparently) no memory inside a chat. I had one or two examples where poppy created nearly the same script twice although I used the chat on different days.

- Poppy is sometimes using incorrect facts in its scripts or making promises that cannot be kept. Therefore some iterations neccesary.

Poppy shows you everything you have connected to your AI and makes your marketing and Copywriting more specific which is always a better thing to do in Marketing in general.

Currently it doesn't look like they have a Night mode, very visual change tbh. Other than that, I'm liking it so far, I want to stretch it to its limits and really figure out what it can do even though I might have to buy some more credits lol. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The moment you stop staring at Poppy like it’s some kind of futuristic wizard and actually start using it, you realize — wow, this thing makes life stupid easy. I had a one on one session to kick off (Thanks, Olivia!) and was able to focus efforts on some tangible results while showing off the features. The speech-to-text feature? Brilliant. Now Poppy gets my voice, my tone, my “charming but mildly (ok, totally) sarcastic” vibe. Plus, their customer support? Smokin' fast. Poppy's basically my new unpaid, overqualified assistant — minus the awkward small talk. If there is a cool feature you'd like...it's probably already there or in the works. Look, if we’re being real, the only thing missing is a companion app, so I can pretend to listen during meetings. Other than that? Nada and I'm sure they are working on one. Poppy AI is a game-changer - I went from struggling with content creation to having a banger of a YouTube script in one session, and Olivia's onboarding hooked me up with features I didn't even know existed... like pulling content straight from my landing page URLs (17 clicks eliminated with that step alone!). Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but I’d say the learning curve at the very beginning took me a minute. There are so many powerful use cases that it can feel a little overwhelming to know where to start.... That said, the templates and Olivia’s onboarding really helped flatten that curve...and I was able to implement 10 content pieces within 30 min of completing the onboarding. It has the combination of all AI's in one. I don't need Claude, Chat or Gemini. I love the fact that I can create folders and everything is in visual boards. Once you get started & understand the capabilities that exist within Poppy, it becomes super intuitive & easy to use. I just finished my 1:1 coaching with one of the founders, and he helped simplify how my process and workflow should be. Implementing Poppy AI into my daily content creation habits will be super easy. I also love the speech-to-text option so Poppy can truly understand my persona and voice. The customer support has been super responsive and accommodating as well. I wish the chatbot had a built-in voice feature. Right now, it's text-only, and while I know there's a workaround to enable voice, having it ready out of the box would make things much easier.

I am so excited to be able to use the add the API to my course so my clients can engage with the content through Poppy. This is a huge competitive advantage for anyone wanting to differentiate themselves. I love that Poppy helps me clarify my thoughts, while also being very responsive to feedback.
