Whenever I've had a problem figuring out how to get the platform to do what I want, or when the system doesn't behave as I expect, Poppulo's customer service team has provided speedy, attentive support in getting my question answered or my issue resolved. Love the content macros, customisable fields and all round ease of using Poppulo. The events side is one I always recommend internally, the metrics it gives you and ability to chase those who haven't responded is far better than standard outlook invites.
