**What do you like best about Popmenu?**

I like how easily it integrates with our system. It’s straightforward to use, and the implementation was fast, simple, and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Popmenu?**

What I dislike about Popmenu is that I can’t make changes across all the locations I manage at once. Everything has to be done one location at a time. Also, if a customer orders extras, I’m not able to “adjust” the pricing the way I can on ubereats. Another thing I don’t like, and WOULD LIKE to see, is the ability to limit orders by time. For example, during the holiday season, I’d like to set a cap on how many people can place a pick-up order for 12 PM, and so on.

**What do you like best about Popmenu?**

I like Popmenu because it's a very user-friendly experience. Everything is pretty straightforward and not very difficult. The team does a great job of helping me navigate the landscape of Popmenu, especially with their in-store visits, which offer a more one-on-one approach. It's easy to ignore emails, but having someone in-store allows us to tackle everything at once and get a game plan rolling. I also appreciate having my own personal marketing manager who acts as a middleman between me and Popmenu, which is really helpful given my busy schedule. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty seamless and easy after speaking with the sales team and managers.

**What do you dislike about Popmenu?**

Honestly there isn’t much I don’t like about the platform.

I like the simplicity of Popmenu's interface. The automated AI response feature for handling five-star reviews is really helpful because it enables us to respond to reviews on Google in a timely manner and focus more on thoughtful responses to any potentially negative reviews. Also, the initial setup was relatively easy.

The website building function is very in the box, so there's not a lot of features inside of there that allow you to customize the pages. Which so many other website builders allow you to do.

Popmenu helps by automating review responses and integrating Toast menu into our site, improving SEO performance. Its AI responds quickly to five-star reviews, freeing us to focus on thoughtful replies to negative feedback.

I find the ongoing integration between my POS system, Toast, and Popmenu on my website to be excellent. This, combined with the outstanding AI answering capabilities, truly enhances my operations. Additionally, I value the website integration feature, which allows for seamless design changes as my needs evolve. The integration with my POS system ensures that menu changes appear almost instantaneously. Moreover, the ongoing support for developing and managing our marketing programs is highly beneficial. I am also impressed with Popmenu's ongoing development and its dedication to staying at the cutting edge, particularly in AI technology, which makes me consider using it repeatedly. Their integration with OpenTable is another promising feature that stands out. Most importantly, the support staff has consistently provided exceptional service throughout my experience with Popmenu, making these offerings very appealing.

I find the marketing support through Popmenu lacking in personalization, which is particularly challenging for our small, specialized restaurant. The need for tailored marketing solutions to align with our niche offerings is not adequately addressed. Additionally, the initial photography service provided was unsatisfactory. Many of the pictures from the initial photoshoot were unusable and felt like a waste of time and resources.

It has significantly improved the ease of updating our website, allowing us to change or add content easily without external help. Some functionalities of Popmenu are not ideal and could use improvement. The support provided is not always timely. The plug-and-play nature of the website builder, while useful for ease of updates, imposes limitations on the freedom of design and custom functionalities on our website.

The onboarding process was fantastic all around - quick, efficient, great design options, and customer service. The implementation process was equally positive. Our website is very visually appealing, with strong functionality and easy to maintain. Lastly, performance KPIs have exceeded expectations.

The menu can be a little tricky to set up and manage. There have been a couple of times where customer support wasn't responsive, and I had to escalate to a direct Popmenu contact.

The technical design of the site addresses SEO priorities, which in turn helps achieve traffic goals. The website design communicates the aesthetic and brand as desired. Its setup was surprisingly easy thanks to the assistance of the project implementer. Additionally, the price and the profit we gain are factors I value greatly. Initially, I was skeptical, but after experiencing its effectiveness firsthand, I realize how valuable it is for my business. I am so satisfied that I wouldn't change anything about Popmenu.
