**What do you like best about Popl?**

What I really like about Popl now is how seamlessly it combines lead capture with digital business cards, and the latest updates take it even further. It’s incredibly easy to use, highly customizable, and ideal for networking at events or meetings. The AI-powered data enrichment is a game changer—it automatically fills in missing contact details with over 95% accuracy. I also really appreciate the new team features, like being able to join campaigns without admin approval and assign leads on the spot. Offline capture works flawlessly, and the real-time lead tracking—along with CRM integrations like Salesforce and HubSpot—makes follow-ups quick and staying organized feel effortless.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

Popl is a strong tool overall, but a few issues have made me like it less. For one, some of the more advanced features—such as full CRM integration and team analytics—are locked behind higher-tier subscriptions, and the free tier now feels more like a teaser than something you can genuinely use on its own. Also, even with recent improvements, offline mode still has clear limits: certain customizations and team features simply won’t work without a signal. The AI enrichment is impressive, but it misfires about 5% of the time, which can lead to awkward “corrections” to the wrong emails or titles. On top of that, the app has started to feel overcomplicated for solo users, since team-focused features add clutter to the experience. Lastly, the always-on AI scanner and real-time sync noticeably drain my phone’s battery during long events or full conference days.

I was recently out and ran into someone who was looking to rent a home. I didn't have any paper cards on me and was about to text them my number when I remembered! I don't need a paper card, here scan this and boom there was all of the information they needed! They were so impressed they asked where they could get one for themselves!

At this time I can't think of anything they could improve!

When I’m out and about and don’t have a physical card it’s never a problem! I can find leads anywhere so I need cards with me at all times! Now I just tap them and boom!

I love the many options I have to share my business information with others. I have the app on my phone, I have a card with a barcode, or I can use the bracelet they simply tap.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

I use an Android and it seems that it is not as easy for people with Apple to tap my phone. It is also not easy for me to tap a phone or bracelet. I must actually show the barcode.

Business cards are a thing of the past and nobody wants to carry them or store them. This is the perfect solution!

It is quick to pull out your phone and just have people scan the QR code. Very convenient and I don't have to keep business cards from others in my pocket that sometimes might get lost.

If someone doesn't have a smart phone or the wifi is not working, exchanging information will be harder to use the app.

I used to carry business cards with me, but I like just keeping the contacts in my pocket and I don't have to later manually input their info in. It saves me time.

I really appreciate how Popl makes sharing my card with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors incredibly easy. I use Popl to capture leads at trade shows, which eliminates the need for paper and pencil, streamlining the process and making it easier to transport information into HubSpot when we're done. I really like Popl's ease of use, especially its capability to work efficiently on the fly during a busy trade show. Additionally, Popl's ability to integrate seamlessly with HubSpot is a big advantage for me. The switch from Google Forms to Popl was motivated by how seamless Popl is compared to the cumbersome and update-heavy nature of Google Forms for each individual trade show. The initial setup of Popl was pretty easy, and I have no complaints.

**What do you like best about Popl?**

I like that Popl helps me quickly pass along my information to people without needing to carry paper or other forms of contact information. I also like the ability to add my own links, such as a free quote link, which helps in speeding up interactions. It means every person who receives my card has the opportunity to file the information online, leading to more leads and growth opportunities. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, taking only about 10 minutes.

It's a little hard to set it up as a company vs just a person. I wish there was an option to create a company one.

I love the convenience Popl offers. I don't have to carry anything around; all I need is my phone. It's great to be able to share my card quickly without having to carry extra things. Plus, I can keep a conversation going while just pulling out my phone, and someone can scan it. The information is right in their phone, which is way better than handing out a piece of paper. It's just easy and efficient.

Capturing the information of the other person after they scan my card. I just wish it was required for them to put their information through before downloading my information.

I like the practicality of Popl, it's very quick to get someone's contact from a physical card, badge, or link sharing. The interface is also something I appreciate, it's very easy to use and aesthetically pleasing, both on the website and in the app and web app. This usability and aesthetics make navigating the platforms very easy.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

I still confess that I haven't been able to use the CRM integration yet. The initial setup of Popl wasn't very easy, as it took me a while to see that the initial invitation was for the free version, and only our manager had access to the paid platform.

Popl resolves the loss of physical card contacts, avoiding the need for folders that become full, and facilitates the transfer of information to digital platforms.

Easy to set up the digital card and to set up multiple versions of them.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

It is not easy to share the info. Most people are confused when  they scan the bar code. They do not know what to do, if they do not use Popl or a similar app. So most of the time they end up having me scan their LinkedIn QR. This is a major issue.

**What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this poinit, not any. I was hopeful that this would be more useful at the conferences I speak at and attend. But thus far it is not.

There's nothing that I dislike so far! My experience has been great!

Business cards are so old-school, always get lost, and are so small - they don't contain all of the information I need to share. Popl helps me keep all of that organized in a visually appealing, low-impact, organized way that I'm easily able to share with others!

It has a this bug where when you try to hit the menu for your card the cancel button is under my phones home button while my phones back button doesnt close the menu.

I'm not good with names or keeping up with business cards. Popl lets me put everyone in the same easily viewable spot.

I don't have to carry around business cards, and it adds something unique when sharing contact info.

There isn't a way to add notes when sharing contact information. In the past when I used paper business cards, I would write information on the back of the card that would be helpful to the person I was giving it to. They seemed to appreciate it and it adds a more personal touch.

It helps me have all my socials, email, and phone in one place to share. So if I want to share my information with someone they have everything all at once.

**What do you like best about Popl?**

I like that Popl was simple to download and really easy to configure. The QR code feature is really easy to share. Having a separate contact database is actually not a bad idea because my phone is full of public and private contacts. This allows me to have a base contact database for work only, which just separates and simplifies things for me.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

When I downloaded a contact card using Popl, it didn't have a phone number, and I think email and phone numbers should be mandatory. This would ensure that when people download, they at least have the basic contact information.

I use Popl because it's simpler than LinkedIn for sharing just my contact information without sharing my entire profile. It separates my work contacts from personal ones, simplifying organization.

I like the form factor of Popl. It's just really nice, weighty, and feels nice. I also appreciate the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

The only thing that was a bit of a challenge is figuring out how to set up the Popl card. I stuck the card onto my phone, as it seemed you could scan the QR code to activate it. But then I discovered I had to actually tap it to my phone, so I had to pull the adhesive off to do that. The instructions could have been more clear.

I use Popl primarily as a networking tool to quickly exchange contact information with potential clients and colleagues. It helps me run workshops by collecting customer contacts to communicate with them on LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about Popl?**

One of the newer things I’ve really liked about Popl is how much they’ve improved their lead capture and follow-up tools. It’s not just collecting contact info anymore. You can actually organize, tag, and follow up with people more intentionally, which makes it much more useful after the initial interaction.

I also like the team features they’ve added. Being able to manage multiple profiles and keep branding consistent across a group is really helpful, especially for organizations or events.

Another thing that stands out is how Popl continues to make the experience feel more interactive and modern. It is not just a static digital card, but more of a dynamic hub where you can direct people to exactly what matters most in the moment.

Overall, it feels like they are moving beyond just a digital business card and becoming more of a relationship and connection tool, which makes it a lot more valuable.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

One area where Popl could improve is the speed and reliability of the app, especially in busy environments where you need things to work instantly. There are moments where even a small delay can interrupt the flow of a conversation.

It would also be great to see more flexibility in customization, particularly for organizations that want the experience to feel less sales-focused and more tailored to their specific context, like churches or community groups.

Another improvement could be making the onboarding experience even simpler for first-time users. While digital cards are becoming more common, there are still people who need a quick explanation, so anything that makes that first interaction more intuitive would help.

Overall, the platform is strong, but refining performance and making the experience feel more universally accessible would take it to the next level.

What I love about Popl the most is the opportunity to use the free version with most of the amazing features in the paid version

What I like the least about Popl is the automatic card that activates in the background. Maybe because I’m in different types of work settings where it’s unnecessary, but I can see how it would be beneficial at a conference for example.

Pool is solving the problem of having a central place for me to store links to connect with people. I also appreciate the ability to edit, obviously on a business card is there forever

I like how I don't need a physical business card anymore with Popl. It's easy to adjust my socials and share them with potential clients. The fact that it's free and I don’t have to keep paying subscriptions every month is a big plus. I also find that the NFC consistently works, and the initial setup was very easy—hard to fail.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

I would like more free customization options. I prefer to be able to shop for products directly on the app instead of having to get them from third parties like Amazon since it raises concerns about getting the real product or an off-brand, less compatible version.

I don't need a physical business card. I find it easy to adjust my socials and share them with potential clients, and it's free with no monthly subscription.

I thinking having the option to show an actual business card like in plastic form for them to scan to throw in your backpack or camera bag  or any other places you may not have your phone. I know I’ve been trying to stay off my phone as much as I can these days.

I often forget my physical cards at home or I decide not to Carry a bag that day, I really like the cards because I can keep one in my wallet in the card holder and not worry about having physical ones

I liked that it was easy to upload images and there weren't any glitches with files kinds and names. It was easy to go from a Google Search, looking for a place to make business cards, and then be in the "lab" creating the image quite quickly

I didn't love how much adjusting I have to do within the image once it was uploaded, the crop, zoom and angles working with the white space and colouring was difficult and hard to make small adjustments to manage the overall look.

I think the ability to customize the actual sharing contact that I'm using rather than just a general contact makes it a lot nicer. So I can share a link or also my phone number, email, etcetera. One of the interactions that I had was when I'd have my pop up on someone's phone, they responded by admiring that it wasn't just a generic business card. It was an interactive thing where they could click on different things, see my face on my profile picture. It was very easy to set up.

I think not being able to customize the icons is one. I linked the website and being able to use my actual business logo would be nice. Think also being able to write notes down for who I met when I add their contact would be nice.

Most similar apps integrate with only one platform, like iOS so Popl is leading in that area. Easy setup from start to finish. When they said it would take 2 minutes to set up, that was accurate.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

A lot of marketing, like emails and similar messages, and it feels like it constantly wants your attention. For example, it sends a lot of notifications to my phone.

**What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast lead capture for nonprofit networking events.

**What do you like best about Popl?**

I use Popl for sharing my contact and business cards. As a new businesswoman, I find it super handy because I often forget to carry physical business cards just when I need them most. Popl helps me keep everything in one place and be ready for any unexpected networking opportunity. I really like how it allows me to separate my work and personal life since I don't have a designated work phone. The contact feature is something I enjoy, as it makes sharing my contact details less tricky.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

I'm new to Popl, so I haven't figured out all of the right tools to use. I haven't completely figured out how the business cards work. Perhaps Popl could have a better walk-through of their app so new users know where to find everything.

**What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Popl consolidates my contact details, ensures I'm ready for networking without physical cards, and helps separate work from personal life.

**What do you like best about Popl?**

I like the flexibility Popl offers, especially being able to make edits as my job title shifts over time without the need to reprint physical business cards. I also appreciate the ability to have a QR code saved as a widget on my phone screen, so people can easily scan to open my contact card. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Popl to be very easy.

I use Popl as my digital business card, eliminating the need for physical cards. I like its flexibility to update my info in real-time, and having a QR code widget on my phone makes sharing my contact card easy.

I use Popl for business networking and promoting my business. I love the ease of use and how it makes contact organization simple. The digital aspect of Popl impresses many new contacts for its forward technology and ease of use. It's super easy to set up; I was ready and sharing within minutes. It saves me time by eliminating manual processes. I use NFC tapping compatible devices and smartphone cameras to quickly share and capture contact info.

**What do you dislike about Popl?**

I wish you guys had customizable metal business cards. Any wow or awe factor helps get sales and interest.
