What do you like best about Pony Express HQ?

What do you like best about Pony Express HQ?

I like that I can communicate with an entire team or with each team member individually. I don't have to share my cell phone number or share the whole team's phone numbers. I can stay connected and in control of the group chat environment. There are also no "reply alls," which is excellent.

I also love the pay-as-you go pricing structure. The pricing is incredibly fair and reasonable. No monthly contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pony Express HQ?

I wish that there was an app for my phone to send replies quickly when I am away from my office. It is challenging to log in on a browser window to manage responses. Additionally, the system won't let me send a PDF to a group, but it will allow me to send one to an individual. I am trying to share schedules with a large group, and the only workaround I have found is to take a picture and send it to the staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pony Express HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Pony Express, I managed a group chats with a large number of employees. That meant sharing my number as well as the personal numbers of the entire staff. It's very easy to reach out our community members through SMS whenever we have events. Its very simple & affordable service for us. You can keep your privacy withing using this app by buying your own 877 number or different local numbers. In this way we can keep our private number private & you have even forward your text to own number so that you don't miss any notification coming to other ponyexpress number. Event Management, Concerts, Private Movie Show, Tech Events. The best part of using this software helps me to reach out my customer or clients easily without disburbing them. One of my friend did use this kind of service but in voice form. Most of my friend didn't like it. However, Using SMS its very effective because we can reach to our clients or customers or community friends without bothering them to do voice call. "Worst texting service, terrible customer service"

What do you like best about Pony Express HQ?

Nothing at all. I researched a ton of texting services and chose this one because it appeared to have a lot of the features we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pony Express HQ?

Free trial only allows for about 2 texts, which never went through. Not one of our 300 texts ever went through, which we paid for. Customer service claimed that they were all blocked by the cell providers and that it wasn't their system. If all the cell providers block their service, why would you use it? They said they were unable to offer a refund and said they would give us a toll free number. We already had one. They also kept asking if we had permission. Yes, we had written consent. We are a doctor's office. If the cell providers can block these types of msgs, what difference does it make if we have written permission. We finally got a partial refund, so we paid for nothing. Would never recommend this for any company or person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you sign up, we gift 100 bonus text credits; not any company does that. - Unfortunately, carriers blocked your text messages because your text message content was against their guidelines. You can't send text messages if you don't have "Prior Express Written Consent" from your users. We offered your account to whitelisted, but you refused to answer our questions. In addition to that, we offered you a couple more options, but you didn't want to follow up on our guidelines.

We refunded your unused text credits for your request. Let us know, if you have any other questions. More than happy to help your business again.
