Being a university student means juggling multiple projects, lectures, and assignments. In the digital jungle of productivity apps, I decided to give Polaris Office a shot to see if it could be my all-in-one solution. Polaris Office really helped me a lot to overcome my hindrances. Some features may take a bit of time to master for first-time users. Also, advanced formatting options in the word processor are not as extensive as in other office suites. Everyone had different schedules, and it was a mess trying to get everyone on the same page. But then, I found Polaris Office, and dang, it was a game-changer. We could all work on our project docs at the same time, and it updated in real-time! No more passing around USB drives or losing files. Plus, we could jump in from our phones whenever, which was a lifesaver between classes. And it's not even hard to use – even my tech-challenged pals got the hang of it. Polaris Office is a bit smaller than, for example, Office 365. With Polaris Office we can use functions that we need without all the extra functionalities such as Office365 offers and for which you pay unnecessarily. We are delighted with the software because it is a lot more affordable than Office365. There are no functionalities that we are missing. It not only helps you with MS Word but as well as with MS word Excel & MS Word also. Unlike other apps where it gets difficult to work on excel on phone ,this apps helps to work on it smoothly. Sometimes we come across the problem of finding the location on our phone to trace the path of our document, but on polaris office with information tab everything gets easy as we can get the location , that where it is saved. Polaris Office also provides the features of the document you last opened in recent documents and free sharing of documents on any platform , with the information tab you can also get to know the last modified time of your document and many more stuff that you can discover by using it. It gets difficult to change the app through which you want to share other then the one which you choose primarily to share any document through it. With Polaris I am able to open all my Excel files , word files , & PDFS whenever & wherever I want, and the best part is that it does not lag. I can trace my old documents and I know where my document is located in my phone and the application does not take much space on my phone which problem I encountered with the other apps that I used . Plain simple and perfect to work with is the best thing that I like about this suite. It is affordable and offers all one ever needs in just one package and as such makes one comfortable as everything one might ever require from a suite is available at their disposal from word, to sheets, to slides and PDF. Furthermore, it has got all the packages ones may require in an office suite ranging from word, presentations, spreadsheets name it and the iconic usability runs throughout all of them because I have personally used all of them and at no one point have I been disappointed.
