It always been a pleasure to collaborate with the Poka team to adress issues and get new features and optimisation. As the LBO for few years on my site, I feel like the customer is well understood and considered in the product development. Today as the quality manager, I know I have a tool that enables me to comunicate easily with the shop floor and that make easy to administrate the document and skills management. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** The main limitation I currently experiment is that we are limited in the type of items we can input in the work instructions and skills. It is easy to input text, documents and videos but it would be nice to be able to generate richer content directly in the content creator. For example, being able to create tables and diagrams would greatly facilitate the work for the user. As curently we have to generate the content in Powerpoint/Excel, export as a picture, download and then atach the picture generated and the source file for future modificaiton. **What problems is Poka.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document review, skill management, comunication, forms management, training statistics ### 5. It ensures that our knowledge of our product multiplies. We are able to learn from our experienced employees and thus be able to pass on their knowledge to newcomers without difficulty. The possibility of allowing us to follow up on quality is endless with the creation of several inspection forms. For me, another valuable element of Poka is the possibility to upload pictures and videos as part of the work instructions and troubleshoots because if 1 picture is worth 1000 words, imagine a video! **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** Getting reports/data from Poka is not easy; in most cases, it has to be done through API. I find it can be extremely user friendly. The platform is great in terms of moving away from paper forms as well as increasing efficiency across a plant. The communication aspect of the system is also a great feature by being able to tag certain employees to resolve some issues. At our facilities, we will be using this system in everyday. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** Without proper training or demontrastion on how to use the system. You will not know how to make the best out of the software. Support for implemetation is also a factor that can be imporved. When it comes to customer support, there can be some improvement on this end. If we could filter and then export that information it would be better. What is the point to allow a filter but not export exactly what we want. There should also be some sort of tracking on suggustions submitted. The common response is great idea, we will send this to our team. You will find yourself using it everyday for sure ! **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** The integration to powerautomate flows has been difficult, I wish it was easier to interact with its API. **What problems is Poka.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** For SOPs and instructions, we migrated from an old and heavy system with complicated workflows to Poka - much more simple, clean. Its perfectly fitting to the Processes in the Production and helps to reduce down time / paper uses / Troubleshooting time / schooling time **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** The one thing that doesnt worked well is the confusing and complicated Authorization Part, where youre not able to group Users to special User Authorization Groups. As example if you have someone doing a Form its not Possible to get it signed by another Responsible Person when the responsible Person doesnt get the Form Manager Authorization.
