Another strong point is that the solution evolves regularly, and in a very good direction. Poka has also been designed to be used by everyone. Which makes the solution really easy to use and accessible to everyone. The support has always been very responsive when I needed it, I can only congratulate them for that. And I also find it great that the solution is designed to be so easy to integrate. It is rare not to need to call on an integrator to use such a complete solution. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** If I had to mention a negative point it would be the impossibility of using the solution offline, especially for forms that can be useful in areas not covered by the internet. Until now, we were using document management software. It is very effective for storing our documents. However, it is a gas factory when it comes to finding the right document that we are looking for, or when we want a beautiful interface. An operator should not spend several minutes searching in his file cabinet for the work instruction he wants. It should not be laborious. I have been on both sides and I understand the fustration as an operator when you report issues and no one believes you and or no one follows through. It holds the salary team accountable as well. If issues are documented on the POKA system the salary team can not say they did not know about the issue. Easy forms to complete instead of paper copies. The tracking on the entire system is great so far, but I'm still learning. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** The dislikes I might have is the "Search" on forms. Key Words when typed in and looking for information. Example: We have a shift form that is to be completed each 8 hours. The supervisors are required to document issues and how issues are fix on shift. We can follow progress on machine problems. Have handhovers between shifts to make sure the right information is shared, POKA has the ability to create a standard for what is needed wich is perfect for handovers. The system is also very broad and instruction and sulutions on machine problems can be displayed in the system. The accessability is the NO1 positive. We use it every day. And due to the system beeing very user friendly it is easy for people to use and understand wich makes it easy to implement and intergrate with our processes **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** We have during the year had problems with logging in due to IP issues. **What problems is Poka.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can follow progress on our current machine or quality problems. Poka's capabilities are vast and answers the needs of our facility in many ways. Even when we have trusted supervisors and leads ask our employees their opinions of Poka, we get really positive feedback that it's easy to use. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** Poka is a skeleton that you need to fill in to make it your own. The initial build is intensive, but there are a lot of benefits to be had on the other side. The temporary passwords that users need to enter in when they first log into Poka present a challenge for our less technologically advanced users. Instructions and skills are very pleasant to consult. The forms are also very easy to set up. The ability to broadcast communications to all employees is greatly appreciated. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** Forms, they lack a bit of options. Forms would greatly benefit from being able to expand from right to left and from top to bottom. A bit like an Excel sheet. We are limited when forms only go from top to bottom. For forms, we should take inspiration from what Paperless does. Paperless is very complicated to program compared to the Poka form but is easier to use and better represents the forms already in place in industries. The fact that you have to pay to have dashboards on our forms is not an incentive to implement them. And the dashboards are very hard to set up. Employees have difficulty finding instructions. We can train and retrain them, but the only easy way for them to find instructions often remains QR codes. But they can never be sure in which station the instruction is stored. Yes, there is the viewing report, but here some employees have more than 60 instructions assigned to them, making it difficult for them to find what they are looking for. The search bars also require a lot of precision. For the instructions, you have improved it, but the search has become so vague that it gives us 30 instructions instead of not showing any at all.
