**What do you like best about Podium?**

I like Podium for its ease of use, which made it straightforward to manage tasks like obtaining reviews and contacting customers. It's especially handy for texting back from reviews, helping me quickly address issues and thank happy customers. The setup was easy too.

Sometimes it runs slow.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Podium to easily obtain reviews and quickly identify customer issues, which helped in contacting upset customers and thanking happy ones. It's user-friendly and simplifies the texting process from reviews.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

After taking over the department in a new position of Digital Marketing Manager, the previous person got an account started to allow our customers to leave reviews but I had no idea or access to respond to the reviews that were in the system.  I reached out to our account executive and he walked me through everything step-by-step and we did a zoom conference and he elaborated on all of the functionality of the Back End settings and was extremely helpful throughout the entire set up process. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his professionalism and help today.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot say anything bad and also I downloaded the app so that when a customer does a review, I can respond directly from my phone with using even some of the AI assisted response generator tool.

It is a great tool for us to send out to all completed transactions on the sales and service side of our business.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Having easy access to converse with our customers/ interested prospects! It's very simple to create their profiles and include notes. The customer service from getting in touch with Podium Support was fantastic! The problems were quickly resolved and it makes it easier to use the website more often.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Not being able to sort people into categories easily. Not getting automatic reminders for payment links that have not been paid/ clicked on. Receiving an influx of spam messages without them being automatically filtered out.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having easier access to customers and being able to help them is a major plus. We can receive pictures/ videos of the issues that they're having and work on them quickly!

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Most of us in my company use Podium daily. I love that I can download the app and even monitor it when I'm not in the office if I need to. Being able to search for conversations via "Messages" or "Contacts" using a search term. The call recording has helped me numerous times in dealing with customers and being able to provide proof of certain details and conversations. The AI summary and auto-reply features are also very useful during hours the business is closed.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

We are supposed to have the feature enabled where when you "Close" a conversation that has been assigned to you it goes back into the "Unassigned" inbox. However, we find that oftentimes even when we have closed the conversation it remains in our inboxes and then sometimes new requests from that customer can get missed, especially with co-workers that don't regularly monitor their inbox because they are not in the office everyday.
The customer support from our designated support rep has not always been great too.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that the enabled a search feature. Also being able to assign conversations directly to the employee that needs to handle that specific situation. Having calls ring to different call groups has also been a huge help in making sure calls from our customers rarely get missed.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium is a fantastic way to interact and assist customers with minimal interruption to their day. It provides companies with a perfect way to make the customer experience personal and focused on their needs. It uses a text-based chat which makes it easy for anyone to use.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

When software is updated or format is changed, it sometimes creates glitches that can make things a little trying when messaging customers. 
Inboxes are not always accurate.  "All conversations" does not always show what it states, and it is necessary to jump back and forth between boxes to check them.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to address a customer's problem or answer a question for them immediately without them having to email or reach out to a store and wait on hold.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

We used to use a different program for texting clients and it was not especially user friendly. We got very overwhelmed after we had to make certain adjustments during Covid lockdowns. It was so easy to install and transfer all of our customers over, and we have never looked back! I especially love that I don't have to be in the office to use the program and find customers' information. And texting to pay has really helped us with following up on invoices.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

All of my previous concerns were addressed and work beautifully! The only concern I have now is that I wish we could turn off the language filter. We are a vet, and therefore we have to use a lot of medical terms that get flagged as cursing so the message does not send. Please find a way to turn that off!

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium has helped us increase our collection of open invoices with the reminder feature and texts to pays. We also get a lot more reviews from those reminders as well.

Payment options, reviews and text messaging are user-friendly also the user interface is very clear and easy to use.

For small businesses, the pricing seems a little excessive, and some advanced features call for more expensive plans.
Also occasionally delays message sync.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Been using Podium for a few years now, primarily for Webchat. However, like most software, I never really took advantage of the “other 95%” at my fingertips… until Angelica (our account manager) gave us a little prod 🤣

Gel goes above and beyond to ensure not only are we aware of ALL the capabilities of the software, but also spending time to understand our business and finding ways to maximise what we’re already paying for to assist our business excel both via revenue growth & customer service (not to mention streamlining our business).

It’s not often software providers take the time to proactively support a customer and for that reason I have no problem in recommending Podium 🙌🏽

**What do you like best about Podium?**

The directness in talking with our clients is also striking, so it is particularly relevant to our one on one coaching sessions. We can easily verify or exchange materials through text that our busy clients find welcome. The next element, which we also appreciate, is the possibility to send particular follow up prompts to clients when a program is over.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Occasionally we wish we could exercise more fine grained control over the timing of automated follow up messages by program type. At other times, locating a very old conversation subject requires more clicks than one wishes was available. I wish there could have been a more detailed reporting on our custom content engagements links.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was most challenging especially because we had to be consistent and professional in communicating with high level clients through divergent platforms. Prior to Podium, one client of a coaching practice would text a single member of their team, email someone on the other end, and even call the office just to address a single engagement. And all interaction with clients is now conveniently organized and firmly available to the corresponding coach or administrator. By doing so not only will the experience of all clients be greatly improved but also the efficiency of us and the number of follow ups and sharing of resources will be properly managed and executed.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium has increased our business by over 35%.  Our reviews are up 200% and we have generated more business using text and use of pictures for our repairs than any year without Podium.  Podium is one of the first programs we open each morning to check for customer questions and responses.  The texting program is easy to use and set up.  I would not recommend shopping around.  Once you have Podium, you will not go back to any or search for any other texting/referral system for your company.

I do not have any dislikes other than being able to text multiple people at once on 1 message.

I can assist multiple customers simultaneously by texting or emailing all in one place. I have a recorded record of conversations by text and logs of by calling. Which is essential in ensuring everyone is being followed up on.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

It does not have automatic caller ID, to filter out spam calls. Also would like a way to have messaging between team members other than group - they never check groups. Like messaging between extensions or something.

Faster response times to customers also provide us time to think before speaking to a customer to ensure a positive experience. And it helps us provide details for customers to refer back on.

I like the intuitive design of the program. I did not have any issues syncing my accounts from my work computer to my phone. I am able to send photos of products easily and can contact customers at any time. I use this daily. So easy to change to the correct sales person for contact between clients.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I am having issues with my response time numbers. It has not changed over the past year. We do monitor response at work, so it would be beneficial to have a more accurate response time listed. I also dislike how when I try to search a number or name, I have to wait for it to refresh the main conversations page. Essentially having to start over with the name/number because it stops receiving my input after the first two characters.

We are able to reach out to customers at any time and responding in a timely manner to requests.

I love that I have all of my client conversations in one spot, and that my coworkers have access to handle my conversations when I am out of the office. Also, I love that there is the app for my cell phone to also handle client conversations away from the office if I need! Podium is pretty easy to navigate, and it is a vital resource in client communication.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I wish there was a way to put my personal status as out of office when I am away because my client conversations don't always get taken care of in a timely matter when I am gone and unable to respond in the app. If I could put my status as out of office and then it would kick a notification to someone in office instead of just notifying me.

Allows us to communicate with our clients effectively over text instead of having to play the dreaded phone call tag to get ahold of people in this fast paced world we live in!

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium is the most powerful and useful communications tool we've have ever used in our business.  We could not imagine being without it at this point.  Our customers love the easy and instant communications with us and our employees enjoy being able to stay in contact with customers they personally worked with.  The integration with Podium phones is a must because it will save you a lot of time and allow you to provide a higher level of service.  We recently were told by a customer that 'communicating with us, by text or phone, was like they had a personal assistant to work with'.  Hands down, Podium is a system for a company who wants to provide a higher level of service to its customers, increase revenue in ways you never knew existed and save time and money.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Podium is seems to have grown quickly as a company and sometimes it can be challenging to receive an answer on an issue (although you will have very few issues).

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium has saved us a lot of time because we can see all communications with each customer in one place.  We do not have to ask employees about conversations they had with a customer because we can see all communications in one place.  We can provide a much higher level of service this way and we save time (and money).  We capture far more business with Podium that we would typically lose because the system starts instant conversations with calls and texts.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

The best thing about Podium is the ease of use. 
We are able to build and send estimates that customers can approve, which sets a clear expectation of price on our products. 
We are able to send payment links to customers which they appreciate. We are even able to take payments on our phones (When power is down) You just need to be signed into podium.
Customers love that they can communicate with us in their preferred way, by a phone call, text message or an email and that they are able to send and receive pictures.
Podium is very easy to maintain with futures like closing old conversations, and keeping only those open that we are currently working with. Makes it for a very easy and clutter free way to take care of customers. 
We are also able to build and save templates that help us respond to our customers even faster. 
Customer support is responsive and helpful in solving problems. 
The system is very easy to implement into every day business life whether it's on the computer, or on your cellphone, you're able to respond to customers even when you're away from the office. 
Podium is very easy to integrate with your business needs. 
This is the only platform that we use frequently in our place of business, and we love it.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The only thing that I think could improve is when a customer approves an estimate, that it opens the conversation back up so that we can see it. Otherwise we have to go into closed conversations to look if customers approved the estimates, or search through all of the estimates that we sent, and see if we've responded to each approved estimate.

Podium consolidates everything related to business into one portal and helps us to communicate more efficiently with our customers.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT IM ABLE TO DO EVERYTHING AND SEND MESSAGES ALL ON ONE SCREEN. THE AUTOMATIC MESSAGES ARE USEFUL AS WELL AS THE PRE WRITTEN MESSAGES. EASY TO ADD CONTACT INFORMATION AND OVERALL A GREAT WAY TO COMMUNICATE.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

We have loved the use of Podium within our workspace, it is a great way for us to be able to text multiple customers for multiple locations at once- and have it relatively organized. It has also been efficient in sending bulk messaging to our potential clients, giving them as much information as possible and letting them know about all the discounts they can get! We use this program daily with multiple users at once, and it seems to give us a good idea of who's responding and when. Also a very easy program to use, it was easy to learn about on a user level.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

We really have had a hard time training Jerry, the AI bot. He has been helpful in some circumstances, but we feel like ever after we have reminded him not to do something, he has a hard time computing. We are still working on getting Jerry trained and hopefully he becomes better at responding to messages!

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium allows our team to connect with families for a wide range of different situations- from customers who have service issues or concerns, ease with any scheduling needs or problems, and even allows us to market ourselves without always being on the phone! The day and age of constant phone calls is slowly shifting away, podium allows our clients to get the help they need without having to take the time away from their daily activities to call! All they have to do now is send a quick simple text to let us know what they need assistance with!

Honestly, the sales staff is pretty aggressive.  We would have signed on a lot earlier if we hadn't been called SO aggessively.  I'd tone that down.  Our representative has changed like 4 times this year and each time we get a call from the new person wanting to sell us more features.  So it's the aggressive marketing that gives us the reservations...but the service is working very well for us!

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I have not found much that I dislike about Podium.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium can answer common questions for us with a input of ready answers for customer questions.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I love that with Podium patients can call or text the business phone number. I also love that it links all of our social media accounts to the same spot! Its super easy to have everything in one place and not have to make sure to check every social media account every so often.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Sometimes the phones will cut out or not have great connection.

Helping us communicate with everything in one single place, instead of 5 different places.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I like that everyone in my organization can have different text threads going but we can divide them amongst ourselves and only see the messages designated to us. It is very easy to use. I love the templates option so much and it has made thinks very efficient for me.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Maybe the fact that PDFs are sent as links. Id like to see a preview of the document sent.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The templates allow me to not have to type out the same messages over and over and over again. In my role that is extremely helpful and game changing!

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium makes it very easy to text my customers and get a clear idea of who I need to reach out to. The layout is simple and clean.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The only issue I've had with Podium is that sometimes I'll get a notification for an unassigned message, but there's nothing there. Reloading the page fixes it.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Podium to follow up with customers who aren't ready to finish their order via chat. It provides an easy way to reach customers and is more efficient than emailing. It also allows me to reach out to old leads when new sales come up.
