What do you like best about Podium?

It is so easy to keep customers updated with information about their purchases. It also makes it easy to know what other employees have told customers in the past. Everything is maintained in the same place so it is easily found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

The only downside I can think of is that you have to turn it off when you have a day off or you are constantly receiving texts. I love having the info, but maybe a setting where you can put in a long range schedule to automatically turn notifications on and off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Podium?

What do you like best about Podium?

I love the localization of generated phone numbers, along with the abilty to use existing numbers by giving texting rights. I love the ability to create automations, build templates, and integrate with other systems through their API.

Podium is much easier to work with than other texting providers I've encountered. The connection to Google is a huge win for gathering reviews automatically, responding to reviews, and boosting Google location visibility on autopilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Podium solves the ease of communication problem with a distributed support team. Podium was the intelligent solution to an automated mid-process survey we were charged with implementing several years ago. What do you like best about Podium?

Podium is extremely helpful when reaching out to coustomers, its easy to use, officaint, and makes things a breeze. One of my favorite tools podium offers is the ability to send a payment request, this intergrates my personal system for payments with a simple user interface. I use podium every single day and I can not imagine doing my job without being able to support coustomers instentaniuously. The ease of learing to use podium from its user friendly design made it feel intuitve on how to use throughout my day to day. There is no better coustomer support tool out there! What do you dislike about Podium?

While I love most of podium I am not the biggest fan of the AI feature. It recommends responses that are not alwasy relevent or helpful. I am excited to see how this tool grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work at a Music Store and deal a lot with instrument rentals, every once in a while the coustomer claims to have returned the instrument but the account is still showing "out" in our system. Podium makes it so coustomers can snap a picture of their return receipt and send it directly to us, making it so we can close the account sooner rather than waiting on the paperwork. This is a huge timesave for me and prevents upset coustomers when I can identify the problem, close the account, and issue a refund in less than 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Podium?

The Podium platform is incredibly easy to use and is extremely benefical for monitoring reviews across multiple locations. Our business has over 25 locations, which can be a lot for one person to manage. Podium takes all that stress away. Additionally, Podium has great reporting which allows us to monitor review trends, sentiments, number of reviews, etc. There is also an AI component which has been a gamechanger! Customer support is fantastic, and our Account Manager is always there to help when we need her. I highly recommend Podium to anyone who is looking to increase their review efficiencies. There is really nothing coming to mind here. Anytime we've needed additional features added or felt like we were missing something from the platform, the Podium team has stepped in to help alleviate these concerns/issues. What do you like best about Podium?

For my business, we mainly use Podium for the ability to send text messages to customers, including automated Google review invites that have greatly increased our amount of reviews on Google. Which, nowadays, is heavily weighted. Having the automation do it automatically for each posted invoice makes the whole process happen without me having to worry about it or do anything. The reviews pile in each week, giving us so many more 5 star reviews than we would get just naturally. The process to leave a review is simple for our customers as well, increasing the chance that they will actually follow through with the review. There are a lot of things that Podium can do as well that we currently aren't taking advantage of, but are great marketing tools. Their team has always been very helpful with issues that have come up as well. Super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

My only complaint with Podium is their pricing. It's way too high. Our regular phone bill with 6 phones is less than half of what we pay Podium for only 2 phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Podium?

The ability to have conversational style text with our customer including pictures. It has been one of the best customer service decisions we have made for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app doesn't always notify me via push notification. It will work most of the time, but occasionally it does not send a push notification to the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a problem with my previous service being able to send critical pictures to and from our customer base. Podium solved that problem immediately and has made our business more efficient and more profitable while also making it easier for our customer. What do you like best about Podium?

Podium allows us to communicate by landline with phone and text. A plus for businessed that still require a landline to function properly. What do you like best about Podium?

Podium is an easy way to talk with customers who prefer an easy non touch medium of communication and purchase. Most customers respond to to text far more that calls or email. Podiums quote tool is great for sending quick comprehensice complete quotes and the customer gets notified right away. Having sold CRM with integrated texting, This is a complete texting platform.
