Love that I can quickly get a reply from clients on prospects. Great way to get in touch and engage with non-responsive prospects who I have initially called and emailed. I'll follow up with a text and the response rate in pretty strong. Comes in handy on gamedays when trying to meet up with prospects and clients before or during a Caps game without having to give out my personal cell #. Use daily and great for customer support. Unless I've missed it, I don't believe there is a way to group text. I've had this happen a few times where someone has tried introducing or referring me, but it doesn't work, or I've tried to do the same with no luck. Having this feature available would be huge! Podium has been a great help with scheduling our customers and interacting with them quickly. The review portion is a huge help that our reputation manager utilizes to handle customer concerns ASAP. Podium's customer service is also quick to resolve any issue we have with the system. I don't have many things that I don't like with Podium. It's very user friendly. I guess the only thing I wish was a little better were some of the automations. I wish there were a few more options to customize these to better suit our business. It would be nice to be able to remove specific customers from receiving certain automations withour restricting the entire location from receiving them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The #1 thing that podium has allowed me to do is signifcantly boost my prospecting capability in the most easy to use platform that I have used so far ! I have been able to increase my people reached by 30% since implementation of podium and boost my sales by 15% overall just by using podium. If these numbers do not speak for themselves let me also mention the level of customer support that we are able to acheive is phenominal due to my whole team being able to pick up where others left off in conversations and the capability to have podium on your phone is genius as well as we can respond from anywhere even when we are not in the office ! We not only religiously use podium everyday but have even recommended it to a couple of other sales forces in our local area because of the ease of integration to other sales industrys ! Overall Podium gets a 20/10 in my book as it has been one of the most valuble tools I personally use that has played a major role in helping me 2x my personal income and nearly 10x my companys income as a result ! Some of the downsides I have noticed are very minor . The First thing is some Minor bugs with customer searchs , sometimes we will have no search results for customers I know I have been talking with for many days or months but it fixes it self eventually most of the time, The Second minor inconvience is when you receive a message and are in the assigned to you tab or All conversations and you do not see a customer text right away it tends to fall very far down the list of people you are texting and can be a pain to scoll all the way down to find who sent that message and I am texting hundreds of people a day so most of the time I will not remember their name or number to search them up manually ! Texting eliminates having to call my clients for answers that are quick so it saves me a LOT of time. I love that clients can text me pictures of what I need, and it's helpful for scheduling appointments. I use Podium every single day and I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have just recently started working with Podium. Podium is very user friendly. I was helping out on Podium the second day I started working here. I love it. I personally use Podium everyday to connect with our amazing customers. I also love the new AI agent within podium. On busy days this helps so much. It also makes our response time quicker on busier days. The AI Agent feature was implemented very fast and easy. Utilizing this resource has made our customer support stand out from others. Two frustrations with Podium- not easy to set up on cell phone you've gotta have the desktop, and if I have a problem and call tech they direct me to an on-line place to TEACH MYSELF - but they forget WHO pays their salary and if I'm wasting my time to call they'd better HELP ME and do it either for me or with me to fix my problem. - but getting easier to navigate on cell Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
