Podium connects us with our customers and gives us an avenue to follow up with and keep guests info organized. It has helped me close many sales.

It helps bring in internet business and also allows be to follow up with my customers via text.  Without using my cell.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

People do like to receive texts to their invoices. They pay faster. That is nice.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Podium is trying to be a few things: A review facilitating platform, a Credit card processor, and a VOIP providrer. The text reviews are great, the CC while reasonablly competitive reqires a second merchant account, so you're paying double as some customers, maily buisnesses don't use the texted links, as they mail checks.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collections time.

Finding conversations and data within seconds is amazing! Able to see reviews from our corresponding communities enable us to serve them better.

Not being able to make a direct call from within the application, since some clientele prefer the traditional method of speaking instead of typing.

Like any software, Podium requires familiarity to fully utilize. Keep an eye on which location you're set to.

I like that I get the notifications to my email during those times where work gets busy and I tend to forget to take a look at Podium!

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The downside of Podium is that it does not have the option to translate messages to English that we receive in other languages. I also don't have the option to delete messages which can cause the app to be a little overcrowded in my opinion

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium assists by allowing me to still communicate with customers who may not be able to actually talk. We can still get the job done via text.

I love that it allows me to reach my candidates in another way.   I feel that it has improved my reach.  I also love that an app is available for easy access.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Sometimes it logs me out and it's a bit tedious to re-log in.   I also wish that it didn't seperate contacts with and without names associated.   Sometimes people slip through the cracks. It's rare, but it happens.

Reaching candidates who don't respond to email and phone calls.

Podium makes it so easy to ask for reviews, chat with patients, and their customer service team is out of this world!

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I have already noticed a vast improvement from before, but the integration breaking can be frustrating. With the addition of Sikka, we have noticed it happening far less often.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue Podium helps to solve is automating the review process so we don't have to ask each patient to leave us a review about their visit. It makes things easy, posts directly to Google, and very interactive.

Podium has been a huge benefit to our company. The technology has improved our customer's experience, as well as increased the bandwidth of customer support team to focus on other projects. The Podium team makes the set-up process easy, seamless, and are very responsive on the slim occasion a problem arises.

Podium messaging let's us have fast and personal communication with our clients. Sharing images is huge for us as well, and a feature we use all the time. Accepting payments within a text thread is easy and we often have comments from clients about how smooth their experience is.

Would love if the email feature allowed for more formatting and customization.

Convenient & easy to use. I like the new feature of being able to search keywords in conversations. That has been a nice improvement.

Still have room for improvement. Would like the live chat box to have the ability for customers to subscribe to email & sms marketing. Would be nice if it integrated with klaviyo. Would be nice if it integrated even better with the Edge. List goes on for ideas.

Podium has been a complete game changer for our company! For everything from patient communication to retention, campaigns and reviews, it has transformed our business.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

It's not Podiums fault and they are working on furthering this with our ERM software but I wish that we had more integrations to simplify and automate appointment reminders, etc.

It has streamlined our communication with patients and simplified a lot of our processes. The results from our Black Friday campaign texts in Podium were mind blowing and we have seen an over 16% increase in patient retention after implementing Podium.

What I like most about Podium is how easy it is to use, its very just straight to the point. It makes it so easy for us to give customer support in a timely matter. I use Podium every single day! What I like most about Podium is all the features. I would definitely reccomend this to any business literally a lifesaver!

Podium is extremely easy to navigate and can make communicating with others as simple as 123. A lot of time, people are not able to answer the phone but texting makes it convenient to still make contact with consumers.

I like how all conversations are able to be viewed at later day/time.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The app keeps trying to make me use a template even though I do not use them often. When the template is opened by the app it doesn't close I have to shut down my entire phone to get the templates to go away.
Also it does record words or sayings that have not been said.

I like the automated messages it can send to clients when it's after hours, this allows us to ensure the client knows we aren't just leaving them on read.

Nothing really, perhaps the volume of mass text message that you can send through the flatform.

It's removing the need to use personal devices (our own phone numbers) to text message and overall contact clients and also allows all employees to acess ALL MESSAGES so that they can reach out if someone is away from office.

I like that you can very easily send payment requests to customers. We use it daily even for internal messages within the staff as well. It was very easy to sign up and integrate with our CRM.
