**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium makes it so easy to communicate with my clients but also if I’m not able to be there my colleagues are able to pop in and help it adds to the overall team work flow and I’m just happy to have such an easy platform to use!

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Only thing i don’t like about podium is it can be hard to find people I’ve messaged by name when in on my mobile app.

Communicating with customers that are not in front of you and i don’t have to share my personal number it helps me keep my work messages in a work account

**What do you like best about Podium?**

It is very easy to use and gets the job done in most cases. Much better than using a personal phone to manage clientele. It is constantly getting better and gaining more features.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The inability to create contact groups is something that needs to be addressed. I should be able to create groups and send messages to everyone on that list. Being able to have a group chat with multiple clients would be very useful. There should also be a way to pin conversations so they don't get buried.

Most days are very busy in clinic. We see patient's through out the day and this is the best way of communicating with our patients. They do not have to wait for return phone calls and I can follow along the plan/past conversations.

NOTHING! Everything works out very well with podium

Podium is gre3at in a few areas for our business. Webchat works seamlessly and our customers like the interface, SMS bulk messaging is a key party of our marketing approach. Additionally customers can make payments to us after an SMS prompt. Sam our key contact is always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

None really the whole process just works. If I ever have an issue my account manager Sam sorts it

It is keeping my web customers happy by providing a seamless communication stream. 
Also my reviews have gone from 68 when I started to now over 1000 at 4.9. Part of the reason for this is that podium links to our software so only the most likely positive reviews are sort.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium very user friendly.  I could send a review in my sleep.  I couldn't ask for anything easier when I'm reaching out to customers and asking for there honest opinion about their most recent experience.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Sometimes I've noticed that when I have even walked a customer their completed a review.  Witnessed the submission, it never registered as my review.  So it was frustrating because then it got me thinking how many other reviews did I not get credit for.  So if that could be fixed somehow, great.

It's causing my company to be the first provider of the service a customer google it for.

that all leads are put into crm as a "podium" lead source even though it is from an ad campaign. we ended up shutting that feature off for now.

Podium is great for sending campaigns and linking to Salesforce. I really like being able to have multiple locations and view all or filter by them.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Jerry the AI agent is extremely frustrating and consistently gives out wrong information even after corrections. I would also like more options for filters including choosing to see things by multiple specific locations at one time.

There are a few features that I will never need to use regarding customer service and payments that are default and I can't customize, but most other things are pretty great.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I truly adore how Podium streamlines the customer feedback management process. Using the review tracking has made it easier to track and control our online reputation. It is not necessary anymore for us to go through several different platforms to track reviews as we just do in one dashboard. It has assisted us in getting back time to negative reviews and hence has helped us in increasing customer satisfaction and retention. And it really is such a simple yet has been such a big impact for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

However, I noticed that Podium can be a bit overwhelming at times trying to keep up with large amounts of messages. While it all exists on one platform, a great number of inquiries can still be a lot to keep track of. Often the sheer size of the messages keeps us from prioritizing or responding quickly and it will impact our efficiency.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we have greatly improved the ability for us to respond to customer inquiries at a faster speed. Customer communication is routed into one tool, meaning we aren’t having to switch apps or platforms. We have been able to reach this efficiency which enabled us to give a much better customer experience, mainly in those sectors where the quick response is an ultimate one. Having the ability to get multiple channels in one place has freed me up to be more productive when I’m handling customer service.

I love being to connect personally to our customers! For the majority of our customers, not just being able to call, but text their phone directly, makes the experience for them much more personable. It also provides better access to support for our customers, for them to know they are just a simple text away from help makes a huge difference!

I wish Podium offered group texting - I often have a married couple that want to get in on the action together. Other than not being able to group text, I don't have any dislikes about what Podium is currently offering.

Podium allows are communication to be much faster than a standard email inbox. We're able to communicate much faster with our customers and they are able to do the same with us.

Using podium has helped our home care business coordinate communication between clients and employees across an easy to use platform. We can have several office staff text clients and employees in the field from multiple locations. The ability for our office staff to work from home using Podium means we have less days with the workload falling on just the employees that are in the office. This allows our office staff to be able to go and meet with clients and our office staff still handle phone calls and texts from where ever we are located.

The contacts don't always show on our desk phones or the app

Podium makes it easy to send mass texts to our employees, links to certain information packets for leads, handbooks to new hires and many other things.

The payment link is convenient and works smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Communicating with clients via Podium is cumbersome. The mobile and desktop versions do not operate the same. On mobile, you can add multiple attachments simultaneously. Desktop top, each attachment has to be added individually and at a maximum of 3 per text. You also cannot like text messages. It seems like a simple thing, but it makes you look like you are using an SMS program instead of using your own phone (which is kinda the point).

Payments. It's great to be able to take payments on location or via text link.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Podium is a game changer to help businesses simplify communication with their customers. It’s very intuitive messaging platform where the customer can use text and email or via social media and all in one place. It has taken out so much time for switching from one communication tool to another. The review request feature also stood out, it automatically makes a request to customers after purchase or service, so, it increases our online reviews and reputation.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Podium’s analytics dashboard in need of more detail. Just like other insights it provides good information, but sometimes I need more granular data that it is not readily available. Customization options for automated messages are, albeit limited, not very flexible. Nevertheless, these issues are minor and do not stop the platform from being effective.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium handles the issue of needing to communicate with customers on disparate channels. Before, we did not have segmented conversations, thus there was a challenge to maintain the same level of service. With Podium now, all transactions go through a single system, so no message and interaction slips between the cracks. For example, if a customer texts in with a question, our team can immediately respond, however the channel did not matter. For this reason, it has resulted in faster response times and happier customers.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I like that I can text customers and message our team individually or by groups in the same platform. I love that every call and text is recorded in Podium. It makes it easy to see what other employees have said to a customer and be in the know. I also enjoy the reporting to see how we are doing with our response time. Podium also allows us to efficiently respond to customer reviews, saving time by preventing us from going to another platform. I use Podium several times a day, every day. When I had to reach out to customer support for assistance, they were very attentive to my needs. It is nicely integrated with our reviews and makes sending out promotions easy.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I wish we could have the response time paused during non-office hours. I don't like that an unanswered call or text after hours counts against us until it is replied to the next day when we open.

Podium is solving our needs for a customer communication platform as well as using it for reviews, team communication, and reporting.

What I like most about Podium is the user friendly interface.  Super easy to navigate and even easier to utilize.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

One thing I dislike is the mention of a 24 hour AI customer service section in the app that I can't seem to find.  I looked through every tab and cannot find it.

Podium is causing my company to be a top search result on Google.  So it benefits me because then my company is more likely to receive calls from customers that are in need of the services I provide.

It’s hard to find much to dislike about Podium, but if I had to nitpick, it would be the occasional passing ball to different members in overlapping departments. However, with the fantastic customer support team they provide, even this is quickly resolved. Overall, any small challenges are far outweighed by how much this platform elevates our business

I love that podium kit integrate with Dentrix and that you can make phone calls over Portia patients can make payments you're able to make pre-written template so it's easier to message your patients back with. There is so much that I like about podium and it's so easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The only dislike would be that when it does integrate with Dentrix and it updates patient names and phone numbers that it will add a child in as the main contact instead of the head of household so if I'm searching for a patient, I can't find them because the phone number on podium is listed under one of the children's names. If this makes sense

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us keep in contact with our patients cause sometimes the phones can get really busy but being able to message other patients back-and-forth has been a lot of help

I love that I can blast email many people at one time. I also like the fact that I can assign my patient to me so I get their responses quickly. It's a great feeling to know that Podium is HIPAA compliant for my patients who want to pay online or send personal information.

Very easy to use, the interface is simple and intuitive. The shared inbox for client communication is great, especially the log history of all texts, calls, and call recordings with transcripts per client. Also text templates are a massive time saver.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Scalability and lack of call center features. With our single main office business line, our entire company has to share a single shared inbox. Admin, sales, production, hr, etc. We all have to navigate between each other's conversations. In order to get a separate number, we'd have to purchase an entirely separate podium license. The inability to cost effectively scale phone numbers associated with a podium license is a limitation.

A convinient VoIP software that allows for both text and call organized in a single place.

Our patients can easily text our phone number to get ahold of us.  The phone transcripts and recordings have helped a lot when needing to go back to a conversation to remember what was said.

A lot of features are made for businesses making sales.  We have patients.  Would rather pay less and remove the features we never use.  Had quite a few issues with the phones, too.  Nothing that affects business, just annoying things like the displayed times always being wrong.

It's helped when we forget what was told to us on the phone to a patient or what they told us.  Also helps in relaying complicated messages to doctors from patients.  The doctors can just listen to the phone call recording.

We've been using Podium for over a year now, and it's become one of those rare tools that quietly improves the way we do business every day. Features like assigning calls to specific team members have given us clearer lines of responsibility, boosting both productivity and personal accountability across the board. Just as importantly, their tech support has been excellent—prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. And as any good investment should, Podium keeps getting better with time. The steady rollout of new features shows us they’re building for the long term. We're glad we got on board early.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

While our overall experience with Podium has been positive, it's worth noting that we’ve encountered a few minor bugs along the way. Most recently, we noticed that all of our previously assigned calls unexpectedly reverted to an unassigned status, which caused a bit of temporary confusion within the team. While issues like this haven’t been common, they do highlight the importance of continued platform stability as the system evolves.

I like that most of it is self explanatory, that you can preschedule text messages and you can include images. It rarely has errors, it is a smooth experience. We use it all the time!

It is not helpful that we cannot delete conversations and that we cannot "edit" messages that are already sent, like iMessage would let you do. It is also frustrating to not be able to send more than 3 pictures at a time.
