I love the simplicity of being able to ask for reviews from customers, use the texting platform for communication with all team members, and the automations are wonderful as well!

I cant think of anything I dont like, but I do have a request to add something. 
If we could add a 3rd person into a text chat that would be really helpful.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Our company has been using Podium for a few years now and use it on a daily basis. We love how we can respond to customers instantly from the office staff to the technician out in the field. The desktop feature is outstanding as well. Love that we are able to see what customer is calling right on our desktop screen. Customer Service is great they respond right away or fix issues in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

What I wish Podium had was better organized messages from a single person. Where we can go back and easily accesss pictures sent or messages instead of scrowling through months of messages. What is no so great is not being able to delete messages or numbers who are not our customers.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium is helping the company to better respond to all of our busy customers in a timely manner. Helps the office staff stay connect and on top of all things with the technicians out in the field as to customers.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Let's be real! Texting is now our primary form of communication, rather than phone or email. Most people prefer a quick and easy response that they can also rapidly reply too. It doesn't interupt their day or take time away from what they may be doing. They can also respond at their leasure. Podium is SO easy to use, and the templates make it so fast. We are able to send out a generic response, but one that caters to every customer because of the autofills when creating those templates. It makes the customer feel important that the text is adressed to them directly, with their name in it. It is also a great tool to use after hours, as you can now set the time you want your message to send. So, if you are working late you can put in the response to send in the morning as to not disrupt their evening. Some of my CSR's get to work very early and also can't send out messages, but when they have the time they are able to use that tool to make sure the messages are sent out during work hours. It's amazing to be able to work when you can, but also plan in advance to make sure every customer is taken care of. It is also very helpful that you can assign conversations to other users in your group. As a manager, I am not always on Podium but the CSR's can send the customer to me, who maybe has an escalated problem or issue. This will notify me by email that I have been assigned so I can easily click in the "See Conversation" from my email and it automatically pulls up the whole thread. We have been brought other platforms through our Home Office, but we have always remained with Podium. We find it to be easy to use, efficient, and it caters to our business needs!

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

We honestly don't find anything wrong with Podium or anything that should be implemented any differently.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this world everyone wants a quick and easy response, so having a platform that does just that is so helpful! It allows our customers the ease of responding in their own time and also eliminates the need for a whole phone conversation that may take up 20-30  minutes of their day.

Bulk messages have been an easy alternative to what we were originally using.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The fact that once you upgrade bulk messages, there is no easy way to downgrade. We have months where we send a ton of messages and months where we barely use any. It would nice to be able to fluctuate month to month.

It seems like the times of phone calls are slowly creeping behind us and texting is just a quicker and easier means of communication for our customers.

The payments aspect of Podium is relatively easy. I however use Podium because our account reps are amazing, we have a great relationship and is extremely transparent that allows us to move forward with technology advncements or consumer experience knowledge.

The reporting in Podium is a challenge. We would like to see a University that helps with Reporting +.

Currenlty it is our main chat bot and is a tool we need.

I like the ability to create internal notes on text messages and assign messages to other users. Very ease to use and implement. Customer support has been great when needed.

We have a large number of field staff that work in a home health setting prefer to use text messages rather than phone call to communicate. Podium makes it neasy to communicate with everyone.

We've used Podium for several years now. We like that it's easy to use for different members of our customer support team. We have agent on a daily basis utlitizing the mobile app and web version. We've recently begun using the voice feature to take calls from our customers as well. Overall, it serves our customers well and think the the value for unlimited texts and users is hard to beat.

We'd like the option to transfer calls to external numbers on the Mobile App.

We have agents welcoming customers on the ground. The mobile app allows them to call or text them to connect on at the meeting point.

The best thing about Podium is that it gives our sales team a tool the makes it easy and secure for our customers to pay.  The 2nd best thing is that is really improves the quantity of quality  customer reviews for our business.

I wish I was able to put the salespeople on a round robin for receiving the leads instead of it being a first come, first serve thing.

Allows us to communicate immediately with the customer and solve issues customers may have with customer service (using Feedback).  Review request is great as well and customers do use it! Chat box on the website allows for lead generation and this has increased year over year!

Overall - a good user-friendly control panel.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

What I found after I started using Podium is this:

YOU CANNOT EXPORT YOUR OWN DATA from their system.  So anything that you put in (contacts/etc) cannot be exported out.  It is HIGHLY shady.

Many of the videos and tutorials are outdated and multiple features (important ones to our business) have been removed.

Support is slow to help you and normally uninformed.

Once you realize that the product that you signed up for isn't the same as the video, you cannot cancel.  I requested my number to be ported out of the system over three months ago...and it just happened.  Support does everything that they can to not cancel your account.  They told me that I renewed my account for another year...which is not true.

The bottom line is there are much better products out there that actually do what you pay for.  Look around.

The idea was to have teams that could communicate with their respective clients.  But it does not solve that problem for us.  And you do not get to keep your contacts/data on the way out.

Being able to quickly text back and forth with customers, as well as send photos and videos without hassle is great. Also provides customers with the chance to speak directly with a rep, instead of going through 10 different phone prompts to get there

I think there is a higher learning curve than people may think unless you really are thorough with everything and bring it up during onboarding. It is very limited in the way you can't move the chat widget, change the appearance of landing page designs (not fields), and other issues like you're set with only x amount of sms texts. There are many other services out there that are cheaper than what you pay for Podium

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the extensive range of features that they provide. However, we have yet to tap into the full potential that Podium has to offer. After implementing significant marketing changes and starting afresh, I was adamant about retaining Podium as our chosen communication tool. The positive response from our customers speaks volumes about the seamless and efficient communication experience that Podium provides. Moreover, the convenience of accessing the app from any device has been a game-changer for us. Undoubtedly, Podium has played a pivotal role in enhancing our business's website conversions. With their array of features, we are eager to unlock the untapped possibilities that lie within.

It would be nicIt would be nice to have a success manager assigned to talk with you monthly, just to show you how you can utilize all the tools and help advise you on the features you have not tapped into.
