I am a technician for a company. We use Podium on a daily basis to communicate to our customers our technicians arrival time, and also to coordinate with them On a variety of topics like return visits, scheduling changes and additions to be made to their home.. It is extremely easy to use and convenient for all parties. I cannot imagine working without Podium on our team.! Thanks Podium Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Printing is difficult. After a clients completes with our agency we have to print the entire text thread for their file, but currently the only way to do it is to copy and paste into a word doc. I wish it were easier to segment my market by categories like "Customer Service," "Sales Transactions," and "Warranty" to get better data on how Podium is used and which fields are most requested. With the increasing fees, we're considering finding a new provider with competitive transaction fees if they offer similar services at a lower price. Podium makes it so much easier to stay connected with our customers. It was quick and easy to learn, and the training videos from Podium were simple to understand! The integration to update our dispatching system in real time is great as well. The new AI feature is amazing! It doesn't leave the customer wondering if someone is going to get back with them.
