They have a very friendly and supportive team who are always approachable and quick to help whenever required. The user interface is simple, clean, and easy to understand, which makes navigation smooth even for first-time users. The platform works well for our internal assessments and allows customization as per our hiring needs. The overall experience has been positive so far, and the support team ensures that any queries or issues are resolved promptly.

At times, it is not easy for recruiters to communicate test results to candidates, especially when they have not cleared the assessment. Currently, reports need to be downloaded and shared manually. If there were an option to automatically send reports directly to candidates, it would significantly reduce manual effort and make the process more efficient.

When we’re staffing for an auto launch, things move fast and we can’t afford to bring in the wrong people. The Creative Thinking and Communication Skills tests have been spot-on for finding candidates who can handle media events, client calls, and quick campaign pivots. The set up was easy and simple, especially with the proactive support team. Test could be taken on the go by the candidates and the reports had all relevant insights.

The reports are very detailed which is great, but during a busy launch week, I’d love a one-page summary I can glance at between meetings.

The in-house proctoring feature is built into the platform and already offers more checks than most competitors. Looking forward to seeing a report download feature.

So far, we have not had any negative experience with PMaps. When we request minor adjustments, such as changing section timings or benchmarks, the team responds quickly, and the platform stays stable, reliable and easy for recruiters.

I liked the custom-made Marketing Aptitude and Creative Reasoning assessments the most at PMaps platform have been a perfect fit for our hiring. They help us identify candidates who are fit for our skill requirement as well as our culture.

Not really a downside, but the standard assessments sometimes cover more skills than we actually need for certain marketing roles. When that happens, we just switch to custom assessments, which can change the pricing plan a bit.
