On a recent update the grid view on the products dashboard was removed which was my preference vs the list view as made it more visual to see what content we had for the products as easily identify what the product was rather than reading the title. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have now been using Plytix for several years and it has been a game changer for our business. We run multiple websites for our business as well as provide product feeds for dropshippers. Plytix has enabled us to centralise our data. Before we had to update each product channel individually, now we do it once and it does all of our channels. This has saved a huge amount of time. Additionally Plytix is extremely responsive with requests. Whenever I can't get it to do something I want, I get a quick response telling me how to do it, or we then work with their devs to look at the viability of making a new module for the system that everyone can benefit from. I don't really have any dislikes at this point. We have evolved our use over the past few years to get things to run the way we need them to. We are getting into AI in a pretty heavy way, and are probably a bit further along in this space to what Plytix currently is, but they are working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Plytix is they are always coming up with new features that make our lives easier. Things like the new formula attributes, product data sheets have been great additions. It is a very easy-to-use tool that allows for gradual progress in data incorporation and in structuring our catalog. Additionally, it is a constantly evolving platform, which gives us the possibility to add new features or functions to improve and facilitate its use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like it to include some additional features, especially related to formulas. I would also greatly appreciate having an option that allows detecting inconsistencies in the data, as we have not been able to do so until now and these errors often go unnoticed. What I love about Plytix is how it has completely changed the way our teams work with product data. Now, everyone from supply to procurement and identity uses it daily, and it's become the heart of our product information. We save so much time because everything is centralized, and the ability to manage parents and variants, bulk edit, automate processes, and export for other systems like Power BI is amazing. One thing I find less ideal is that some functionalities, like grouping variants and sub-variants in Brand Portals or sorting by dropdown attributes, are limited or not as flexible as I’d like. Also, some manual steps are still needed for asset linking and label formatting, which can be time-consuming when working with many SKUs. It is a very complete system offering many great features. It was easy to load in our information and our customers are loving the Brand Portal we have built. Additionally, Chance has been fantastic as our account rep, she has helped us throughout the process and truly a lifeline, we could not have been able to do this without her help.
