What do you like best about Pluspoint?

One of the biggest advantages of Pluspoint is that it lets us manage all of our online interactions in one place—reviews, social media posts, NPS surveys, and even client messages. The AI capabilities are great for automating repetitive tasks like responding to simple messages or reviews, which saves us a ton of time. What do you dislike about Pluspoint?

It would be great if we could accept phone calls directly within the platform. Plus, while the ticketing system works, it could be more robust. We sometimes have to supplement with other tools for tracking more complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
