Honestly, our organization has found great value in using Skills and our only struggle is getting buy-in from our user group to ensure that they understand how Skill results are being used within the organization.

This is a great tool to help us understand the skillsets and proficiency levels of emerging technologies as we transition to cloud-based services. We purchased Pluralsight licenses 2 years ago to help us with our upskilling efforts for our cloud migrations. Using Skills also helps us understand all of the skills we have in our environment, not just those specific to cloud. We also can see where we have experts in certain technologies and that allows us to tap into those employees to help with mentoring and training others.

The courses and topics provided by Pluralsight Skills are incredibly diverse. The quality of the content varies, but it is always well-organized and comprehensive enough to explore new technologies and libraries or to refresh one's memory on seldom-used subjects. As developers write and adopt new Java, JavaScript, and C++ libraries and plugins, Pluralsight Skills can serve as a one-stop shop for training and education content, saving them the time and money they would have spent searching for other educational resources.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

There is a variety of quality among authors and lessons. Nevertheless, numerous courses never advance beyond the beginner or intermediate level. The process of eliminating courses with inferior quality can be facilitated by user feedback.

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

The material in Pluralsight is current, the delivery is by professionals, and as a leader, the analytics assist in helping manage the account as well as individual performance and growth.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

Some of the user administration can be klunky at times (if having to delete multiple accounts for some reason, there's lots of scrolling). Can't think of anything content-wide that I dislike.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I try to move my organization to be more focused on talent mobility, Pluralsight plays an important role on being able to ascertain current skills/levels and prepare plans for development. It offers a system of skills development *encouragement* rather than penalize people for what they don't know. The libraries offer a wide variety of topics, the skills assessments are reasonable, and the channels and paths for development patterns aid in our ability to establish and administer programs.

 ### 37. Effective learning tool

 ### 38. A learning platform with structure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Operations Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

Pluralsight provides an immense amount of structure to its system. While some see content as king, Pluralsight has been able to organize their content and break it up in such a way that the primary roadblock to learning, time commitment, is mitigated.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

While there is a lot of organization to the platform, where is an issue with outdated content. The notices on any expiring content are clearly flagged, sometimes there is no alternative.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pluralsight helps me and my team stay accountable for trainings. The public view functionality helps to create accountability from a group perspective, which is necessary motivation

 ### 39. Great platform which keeps updating their content and has very good collection of career paths.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashaysingh S. | Data Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

One of the best features of Pluralsight is the Skill IQ. It is different because it not only tells you how well you performed on a given skill. Based on your results it gives you relevant topics to watch and does not forces you to watch all the videos.

e.g. I gave the ML skill exam and had more incorrect answers for unsupervised learning so it prepared a selected video(module) list for that section mainly and skipped the sections where I had more than 80% accuracy.

I really like this fact as I did not have to watch all the videos and saved time.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

I am in love with the platform and one of the reasons is the interface, ( Maybe biased due to the theme) and have not felt any issue in using the platform so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Pluralsight:**

It is one of the best platforms to upgrade your skills and be in demand. Give it a try and you won't regret it.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently preparing for the Machine Learning certification for AWS and liked the curated content. Had a very pleasant experience with AWS Cloud Architect preparation too as the content was very well organized and covered topics in detail with quizzes from time to time.

 ### 40. Great learning paths

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jade H. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

Easy to use and understand learning paths

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

Isn't enough to pass GCP certs on its own if you have no previous GCP experience

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping get professional certifications in an easy-to-understand manner

 ### 41. AWS Database Speciality exam

 ### 42. Great place to study and develop your professional knowledge.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gilvan D. | Software Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

Pluralsight Skills is a highly recommended web-based application due to its extensive and diverse video training library. Multiple courses ranged from beginner to expert level, each covering a different facet of the underlying topic, regardless of what I researched. I like how videos can be controlled in real-time, down to the granular level of audio speed, section skipping, looping, and the inclusion of subtitles.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

The only issue I have, which applies to all video courses, is that there is a final exam. It is challenging to obtain clarification and ask questions. This is an inherent aspect of video instruction.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pluralsight Skills is fantastic because I can study at my convenience and develop skills necessary for my business and personal projects. While all tasks in a course must be completed independently, the team can participate in training together and then debrief afterward.

 ### 43. Pluralsight Skills is Amazing!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darin C. | Director of Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

We use Pluralsight Skills to grow our teams and develop individuals. The management tools for assessments, creating learning channels, etc. are amazing. The teams love the learning content and it's great to be able to see how they are growing.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

It seems like there are a few areas with older content that is no longer applicable. It would be good to see those taken down.

**Recommendations to others considering Pluralsight:**

Do it! It's totally worth it if you use the management tools.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developers are not stagnating. They are learning more, growing, and keeping up with technologies.

 ### 44. A great online platform for video courses on various topics.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

It's very easy to find context. I strongly prefer video courses over online (live) events, because this I way can fit my learning nicely in my schedule. Pluralsight provides a wide range of such content.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

Some courses are pretty short or lack some hands-on demonstrations. Although it's great to learn about topics for general knowledge and to keep up with the "buzz words", sometimes one needs some demonstrations in order to decide whether a technology/framework would be the right tool for an upcoming feature at work.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is providing high quality video content about technological topics. It is benefiting me because I look for such content for my self development in my career.

 ### 45. Great Platform with Unique Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie F. | Agile Leader II but will soon be the Learning & Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

I love the SkillIQ Challenges to show me which level I am at in a particular subject. This saves me time because I know when I can skip the beginner courses and go right to intermediate or advanced. It's also wonderful to see how my skills improved after taking the content.

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

I know it's a technical based platform, but I would love to see more soft skills training in Pluralsight such as how to deliver a successful product demo, how to manager developers, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Pluralsight:**

Meet with the Pluralsight team so they can show you all the perks of using the platform.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my organization, we are using Pluralsight to train new employees on skills they will need for their role. We encourage self-paced continuous learning - and Pluralsight is the easiest way to provide that opportunity for them.

 ### 46. Content is useful but test questions and content is not having any relation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin M. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2023

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

test questions are not relative if questions are getting the same and have to change content as per tests

 ### 47. Awesome source of Information, Presented in a way anyone can understand

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Pluralsight?**

I like the path and courses offered. The pre built plans make it easy to start out on a new learning adventure. The other suggestions will keep you wanting to complete one and start another!

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

The lack of time to take a course. I will need pluralsight to put more hours in a day. I have had one negative experience where the teacher moved quickly through the information, but with the option to watch the course again, it was a minimal blip.

**Recommendations to others considering Pluralsight:**

When you need a course, refresher, or options to learn, Pluralsight Skills is the place to go.

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to think about other solutions so problems with automation by taking some of the python courses. This has helped open another way to approach a problem and become more effective at my job,

The range of course is great, but the best feature would be the ability to use it on multiple platforms, including mobile phone. You can download courses which is great for a long drive or train journey. You can turn travel time into learning time!

**What do you dislike about Pluralsight?**

I would love more courses! Although there are lots to choose from I want more! lol
Every year the range does improve and covers things like cyber security, programming and Windows applications and OS

**Recommendations to others considering Pluralsight:**

get a trial and see the benefits yourself

**What problems is Pluralsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PluralSight have helped me with ITIL, CISM and CISSP. It is a great learning resource which I have also made available to my team.
I have set a learning path for my team and can track their progress against targets and topics that they choose to learn.
