It's simple to configure and as it uses details from the user's Microsoft profile, really easy to maintain. No more need to manually create your staff org chart! What do you dislike about Plumsail Org Chart?

I believe the coding that is needed to customize certain requirement. it woudl be difficult to setup for a entry level user who has no knowledge of how org chart, sharepoint and javas script for customized output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plumsail Org Chart?

The ease of getting started and integrating with Entra ID or even Excel/CSV files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plumsail Org Chart?

Having to configure all instances from scratch

It would be nice to be able to add and set organizational fonts and colours and have those applied to all instances of the Org Chart.

It would be nice to set the overall behaviour of the entire org chart once and have it replicated as default in all instances of the org chart, instead of having to start from scratch every time.

It would be nicer to have the ability to customize boxes based on levels without necessarily showing the levels.

It would be nice to be able to use initials as picture frame holders for employees that haven't set a picture in their Entra ID profiles.

The instruction "Use CTRL + Zoom to zoom" can be too intrusive sometimes, as it clashes with scrolling on the host SharePoint page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plumsail Org Chart?

We were looking for some native solutions for Sharepoint integration but unfortunatelly, MS product didn't have flexibility and features we were looking for. Our project consultants reffered us to Plumsail product which they believe will suite our needs. We are still in the stage of development but the Plumsail orgchart is already there and demonstrates great usability, with a bunch of adjustable features that everyone could use to bring organization chart to desired look and functionality. I'n not an IT specialiast but even my basic level knowledge were enough to change design and layout, add additional features using their extended technical support liabriary. I wish there was "drill up" or "drill side to side" feature. We have deputies that manage multiple departments and it would be great if we could break those down individually. Not really a dislike, just an option for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very clear, easy to use. All the instructions\videos were easy to follow and helpful to set up and configure the app. The search and breadcrums features are specially appriciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plumsail Org Chart?

When it's integrated into Teams, it's a bit too many click to get to it. But I guess that's how Teams and channels work. We didn't bother with that at the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
