**What do you like best about Plum?**

Nothing. Their service is poor. They are not fufilling their promises

Their service is poor. No help provided, one person called but no resolution yet. Email missing attachments and you have keep following up for more than 72 hours but no response

0 i would not recommend plum services to anyone.

**What problems is Plum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plum is not solving problems. Their app is not user friendly. Customer support is extremely slow and poor. I have same query coming from insurer several times however no solution is provided. There is no one to talk to, neither a process or placeholder to write your query to insurer. It’s like stonewalling

**What do you like best about Plum?**

I like Plum because it offers low premium rates and high insured amounts, which are applicable to both employees and family parental coverage. The app facility is really useful, as it makes understanding and using medical services much easier for employees. I appreciate that employees can increase the insured amount through extra premium deductions from salary. I also value the parental insurance and top-up enrollment process, along with the multiple ways to connect with Plum like chat, email, and emergency toll-free calls. The 24-hour service availability is great. The digital ID card, fast claim process, and cashless approval make everything quite easy, especially with the multiple hospitals tagged with this insurance company. What's really impressive is that the collaboration with ICICI Lombard has cut the admin load, improved emergency response times, and provided us with new data insights. Employee experience is prioritized over everything, and tools like the app, WhatsApp support, and claims guidance are made for real employees, not just HR. Biometric access, offline health cards, and 24/7 claim help really reduce stress during hospitalizations. These reasons, along with the positive employee NPS, make us want to stick with Plum.

**What do you dislike about Plum?**

I would like deeper claim status granularity in the app and more proactive alerts on policy sub-limits. Faster e-card updates for mid-term additions and more self-serve analytics for HR would be great. Expanding the regional hospital network visibility could really help, as the ICICI Lombard network is wide but in tier 2/3 towns employees sometimes struggle to identify which hospital is truly cashless. A Plum verified cashless badge or recent rate at that hospital would add confidence.

**What problems is Plum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plum for low premiums and high insured amounts, plus the app simplifies claims. Their 24/7 support and cashless process enhance our emergency response. The collaboration with ICICI Lombard reduces admin load and gives insights, improving employee experience and satisfaction.

Plum is best at making unrealistic promises, especially when it comes to real-time endorsement data and better support.

**What do you dislike about Plum?**

This is the worst support I’ve seen in my 10 years of service handling corporate health benefits.

**What problems is Plum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plum has created more problems in our previously smooth-running health benefit ecosystem instead of solving anything so far. Plum promised to address several issues, but even after four months, it still feels like those promises are only wishes.

What I like best about Plum is how easy and seamless it makes the entire insurance process—from subscribing to managing claims. The user-friendly platform, combined with their prompt and supportive customer service, especially during emergencies, truly sets them apart.

**What do you dislike about Plum?**

One thing I feel Plum could improve is providing clearer guidance for first-time users. While the platform is smooth and easy to use, sometimes it’s a bit confusing to understand the finer details of the policy or what documents are needed during claims. A bit more clarity there would make the experience even better.

Plum is an employee insurance (TPA) platform that makes subscribing, using, and claiming insurance seamless. Their support team is excellent, especially during emergencies, with quick and reliable responses.

**What do you like best about Plum?**

The customer support they have. For my claim, they were with me all along and helped me in every step possible. Since I was new to reimbursement I had many questions. Also, they have a top-up option to include your parents at a less cost, if the company is not providing for parents.

**What do you dislike about Plum?**

I think they can have a hotline for emergency purposes, which I don't think they currently have at this point. Otherwise, we cannot chat with a bot when you are in crisis.

Its a team we can relay on.

You have an organization to relay open when you are in a real emergency. It also removes the burden of reaching multiple people in your organization just when you are in real need.

**What do you like best about Plum?**

Health Insurance from Plum made all claim documentation and billing process very easy during hospitalization, we can connect with coustomer care executive either via chat or toll-free number. plum also help us in getting all the network hospitals where we can avail cashless treatment across India Based on your location.

**What do you dislike about Plum?**

Even if the all the documentaion process is easy and tracking is Easy but time taken for approval and settle the claim amount to hospital takes more time and we have to wait more than 3 hours which i faced personally. Other than this app interface all is good.

**What problems is Plum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health Insurance made easy to claim insurance and  track all previous cliams via Plum app that help us in tracking the status of the claim and hospitalization details from day one till discharge and also  for that entire year.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to onboard and set up health insurance in just a few clicks. Their customer service is top-notch, and they offer great health benefits which are easy to understand for all age-groups.

Plum is saving us from the age-old problem of complex & ambiguous health insurance policies. Even if you're not a tech wizard, it's really easy to understand. Every information that I need is accessible instantly and with ease.

**What do you like best about Plum?**

What I liked most about the Plum is its ease of use over Web and the locations it is available. I can be in any part of the city and there is Plum!

**What do you dislike about Plum?**

Nothing much really! However, I would say they can opt-in for more goods at lower cost

It has made insurance problems for companies an easy task. Initially, companies used to find it hard for the employees and I am one such. However, it has made a claim easier.
