**What do you like best about Plooto?**

Plooto is useful to quickly pay vendors and sync with our accounting software.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

Plooto is very clunky is does not integrate well with Quickbooks desktop.  The syncing fails every 10th time and it makes an incorrect entry in the books which then needs to be corrected with a journal entry.  Plooto causes far more work in the accounting system than it saves.

**What problems is Plooto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plooto allows us to pay clients quickly, provided they will click all of the fields and trust all of their banking information with Plooto.

Plooto is fairly seamless.  It works well with Quickbooks.  We have been using Plooto for just over a year and are satisfied with the product.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

Searching for previous payments (you have to use filters) can be a bit clunky.  Also, finding past monthly Plooto vendor fees (our monthly costs) can be a challenge

We moved from manual cheques to digital payments using Plooto.  The implementation was quick and smooth.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

Plooto's third-party integration with Quickbooks has helped me out a lot in managing subcontractors. I'm a sole owner/employee of a corporation with 5 regular subcontractors, and I use Plooto to send payment 5-10 times per month. I forward my subcontractors' invoices to Quickbooks, go in Quickbooks to create a bill from it, then head over to Plooto to make the payment. I love that I don't need to collect or retain sensitive payment information.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

The dashboard on the main page pulls in information from Quickbooks, and after speaking with support, they were unable to remove some elements that were no longer relevant. Plooto should make this more customizable by the user.

Plooto allows me to pay subcontractors without having to collect sensitive payment information.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

We started using Plooto in June 2018 and I have loved it from the beginning. It was easy to implement and it synced with QuickBooks extremely easily. Easy to use, great support and the only glitches were due to the user. We use it every week, multiple times.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

I've had some problems in past using the filters while downloading but I believe that's been cleared up. I'm not fond of the new format so I use the classic experience.

**What problems is Plooto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the greatest advantage to Plooto was how it replaced cheque writing. The downloads make it easy to post to QuickBooks and to reconcile at the end of the month.

When I processed payment I cannot add documents along they payment, if i forget to attach. I have to delete the payment and reprocess again.

The only issue is that I cannot deposit Canadian funds into an american bank account.

The recurring payment plan makes it easy to get paid without missing payments

After requesting payments, funds take too long to go into the account. In addition, the fees have increased way too muhc.

Having to manually process the recurring payments myself, and possibly missing any.

We have an approval payment set up weekly, and it's fast, reliable, trustworthy and easy to use.

I love everything about Plooto. From initial implementation to weekly use, it has been an efficient process.

We are able to access our invoices and approval online. This means we don't have to physically go to the office to sign cheques. Everything can be verified online.

Not only the Plooto website the whole payment process is very easy and smooth.

So far I have not exeperieced anything bad in Plooto.

Our company used to pay by cheques. Since we have Plooto, we have almost completely stopped issuing cheques and all our vendors are getting paid on time without any issues. Also, Plooto integrates well with QuickBook Desktop and the reconciliation process is really smooth.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

We mostly use Plooto to request CRA payments for clients so that they get to the government on time. This has proven to be incredibly useful and valueable to our clients when used correctly.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

It's a bit difficult to explain the process of payment approval to a particularly techincally challenged or difficult client without being able to see it ourselves. It's also a bit more tedious than it should be to change client settings to make sure they are getting reminders for payments that need their approval. This should probably be the default.

**What problems is Plooto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our clients find it difficult to figure out how to remit money to the CRA at all, let alone multiple times a year and on time. This program allows us to streamline that process for them.

Plooto is not only easy to use for our own company needs but it also remarakbly easy to train clients to use. This is a very important piece of software for use on both sides of the business so we appreciate how easy it us to use and to teach. The customer service is also excellent.

I have no issues at this time, anytime I have had had questions or issues, the customer service team has been prompt and helped me through it.

It allows us to not only process or own AP and payments, but also for our clients. It is very helpeful with our client relationships as it allows us to "see" what the client needs paid or has paid and we can counsel real time and step in as we need help.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

Automated collections and payables ... pretty much eliminated AR in our firm. Integrates well with Xero and QBO. Easy to send payments to CRA. Support has been pretty good whenever needed. We've had no issues implementing Plooto for our clients to help with automate AR and AP. Plooto is something we use several times a week in our firm and I strongly recommend it.

Reporting is lacking. It would be great to see visual reports on recurring receivables and payables and predict cashflow.

**What problems is Plooto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AR automation for our monthly recurring clients. Eliminate chasing clients for payments after the work is done.
Monthly recurring payments for Rent etc.
CRA payments.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

I've just started using Plooto. Their customer service has been very helpfull! I asked them whether we had a particular options, the answer was no. But they followed up with how to get the options. That is going the extra mile.
The program is quite easy to use. It is integrated with QuickBooks Online and the payments are recorded automatically.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

The customer service staff can tell me whether the customer has opened the email and extra information. I'd like to see that information without contacting CS.
Adding the ability to schedule sending a series of invoices without needing to do it manually.,

The process of paying for our customers is very easy.

Plooto is an incredibly convenient tool we use at our workplace. Making bill payments has never been easier and the site has helped in our productivity and efficiency when paying invoices. The integration with Quickbooks ensures data is entered properly and no payments are missed.

The only dislike I can think of is that it takes up to 5 business days to deposit funds when making bill payments. I wish it was a touch faster.

Plooto has been a game changer for paying our contractors. We wish that it took less time for cash to get from our bank account into our Plooto account. Although it's only 2 days, so it's standard.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

The integration with Quickbooks makes it very easy to identify and pay bills. The build in approval process means I can pay bills even when cheque signers are not on site, I can control how many approvals are required for each transaction and they are informed automatically that something requires their attention.

**What do you dislike about Plooto?**

Reports for transactions are hard to locate on the site and when you "print" a transaction not all the details come across so I have to screenshot to have all the information I need.

Plooto allows me to pay electronically and have the approval for payments built in, saving me steps while keeping us compliant.

Suggest adding an option to send the payee an email with the PIN information.

**What do you like best about Plooto?**

Plooto is very easy to set up and use and integrates nicely with both Quickbooks Online and Xero.   I love the approval workflows for payments and the ability to send physical cheques when needed.  It's getting less and less but for some clients (construction related) they still depend on cheques.  Plooto allows us to automate the creation of those too!

I wish they offered integrated credit cards

Plooto allows me to have most of the setup and prep done by the right level of staff and those that need to review focusing on only reviewing.

Plooto is the best payment integration I have found yet. It is seemless and sync's both ways for a perfect A/P every time!

If there was a way to get a report for how much each vendor was paid each year, that would be so helpful

It seemlessly pays our vendors and then syncs back to Quickbooks, easy to reconcile as well.

No ability to enter bank account details from customer directly. Only the client can enter their bank account information (Yes you can do this for vendors, but NOT for clients). Particularly challenging when you deal with elderly clients /not computer savvy clients, making it very difficult for them to setup the account.

Fast collection and allowing me to pay Canadian and International Vendors.

Plooto is very simple to use for both myself and my clients, plus I'm able to set things up automatically and adjust the frequency approvers are reminded of outstanding approval items. Also very afforable and theey are always quick to assist with any questions or concerns using chat feature.

Plooto is a simple platform to use and offers seamless integration with QBO and quick communication between platforms. It took moments to set up and is very easy to learn how to use.

We do need to refresh the QBO plooto connection often but it is easy to do and ensures that both systems are in sync.

AP managment and payment transmission. We can preform functions quickly and approvers and vendors have insight into the workflow and timelines.

It works reliably and it is fairly inexpensive for sending large payments. Can pay government remittances.

It takes a week for a payment to be processed and completed, and it is slower than other industry standards. Not being able to edit recurring payments or pause them temporarily is an inconvenience.

Sending large electronic payments to vendors. We effectively eliminated cheque payments because of Plooto, which is great.

It was a breeze to setup. The interface is clean and well thought out.  Their emails to vendors are clear.  Any help that is needed comes from real people.  Feels secure with 2FA authentication.

For what we are doing, there are no downsides that I can see.  I'm grateful they don't try to be everything and the kitchen sink.  Keep it simple, keep it reliable.

I love how this program allows me to manage team user access at all levels without giving them bank access. I also love that it's much more cost-effective than any big-bank option I've seen that operates similarly.

My only real complaint is that I'd like to have more customizable notification preferences.

It is a great tool to organize bill payments and have more than one set of eyes on it before being sent. This allows for double checking details were entered correctly

When you recall a payment the funds to not go back into your back account but rather sits in a Plooto account that you can make future payments from. It is mildly annoying
