Also, I know exactly where to sign or initial the individual pages. **What do you dislike about Plexus?** Nothing really... I know that when I receive the document it has already had legal review. **What problems is Plexus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensuring that documents are signed and actioned in a timely manner. Also, in these times of covid, not all signatories are in the same place. ### 2. The automatic workflows and e-signing integration have been game changing for us. Plexus has a clear plan for ongoing enhancements to the platform and provides great customer support along the way. **What do you dislike about Plexus?** We're excited to see more integration between the individual apps on the platform and increased flexibility for the matter management features. **What problems is Plexus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are providing a single system for all contracts to be created, approved and stored. Usage has double compared to our previous system, and we have achieved considerable time savings for all contract owners, approvers and signers. ### 6. Accessible from any internet-enabled device. **What do you dislike about Plexus?** Not being able to easily direct review/approval by lawyers to specific lawyers in the team using the approval workflow (i.e. without having to pre-wire delegations). There should be a "Which lawyer will be reviewing this"? option. **Recommendations to others considering Plexus:** Phase your adoption by reference to what your business needs - they may not want all of the Plexus features at once, but you may also find that aspects like electronic execution and contract storage are needed immediately, whereas having a negotiation platform can wait until the solution is embedded and trusted. **What problems is Plexus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Electronic execution during COVID has been valuable in improving the time to execution and also protecting our people. Tracking the status of legal sign-off and signature chasing is also much easier, saving valuable management time. ### 8. Make sure it meets your needs.
