One-stop shop for contract approval, execution and archiving for our global business. Accessible from any internet-enabled device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plexus?

Not being able to easily direct review/approval by lawyers to specific lawyers in the team using the approval workflow (i.e. without having to pre-wire delegations). There should be a "Which lawyer will be reviewing this"? option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Plexus:

Phase your adoption by reference to what your business needs - they may not want all of the Plexus features at once, but you may also find that aspects like electronic execution and contract storage are needed immediately, whereas having a negotiation platform can wait until the solution is embedded and trusted. What problems is Plexus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Electronic execution during COVID has been valuable in improving the time to execution and also protecting our people. Tracking the status of legal sign-off and signature chasing is also much easier, saving valuable management time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
