  ### 1. Limited Integration and VAT Reporting Challenges with Pleo

**What do you like best about Pleo?**

I was particularly attracted to Pleo because of the cashback features and the favorable foreign exchange (FX) fees it offers. The user cards and expense management capabilities are standout features for me. Additionally, I find the ease of use for both cardholders and when submitting expenses to be highly beneficial. The Pleo app and online portal are both excellent tools that contribute to smooth operations. One feature I frequently rely on is the instant card management, which allows for swift changes and control over card settings. Furthermore, the reporting functionality is very useful and aids in maintaining oversight over financial transactions.

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

I dislike the absence of an API connector which forces us to manually upload data, affecting efficiency. Additionally, the initial promise of an API connector has not been fulfilled, which is quite disappointing. The lack of a VAT feature is another drawback, making tax management more cumbersome. Moreover, it lacks OCR and better VAT reporting capabilities, which are essential features for streamlined operations.

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Pleo facilitates ease of use for cardholders and expense submission with its instant card management and effective online portal, enhancing workflow efficiency.

**What do you like best about Pleo?**

Easy creation of Credit Cards for our Employees and crew around the world
Easy way to users to hand in receipts
Reliability & acceptance of the cards

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

Backoffice processes are not sufficient enough and lack basic needed functionalities
Functionalities & Services are not provided throughout all countries
Customer Support Service from basic to Success Manager are not sufficient and basically provide work arounds instead of solutions.
Errors in Review Processes and at least transparency issues make it difficult on a multi entity setup

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PLEO is providing our world-wide active Aircraft Crews and Employees reliable Credit Cards and streamlines the process of handing in receipts in a proper quality and time

The intégration is interesting but not physical card received until now. The reminder for screenshots are convenient.

Sometimes When the receipt is uploaded there is some lag in the availability of the information.

The possibility of convenient payments.
