Playwire is one of the only providers to offer rewarded video ads, but I still find the system very cumbersome and a bit of a hodgepodge.

Updates like these should be less frequent (Start of each quarter?) and give users a heads up, or a chance to give feedback on changes before they're suddenly implemented.
