What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

Playvox It is easy to navigate. I'm able to quickly find the reports I need it breaks down by different QA cards based on need so I can filter out the ones that I'm specifically looking at. It is also giving me the ability to quickly find pain points within my files to make them better for my team and provide additional trainings as needed. What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?

The new reports can be a bit of a challenge to filter at this time. However, they still have the legacy reporting which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Playvox Quality Management is its comprehensive set of features, including customizable QA scorecards and detailed reporting. When viewing multiple evaluations using the notification bar, using the right click to open a new tab option can often lead to opening the same report. I can say, the Karma points, But i'm looking forward to see what will be the outcome once it was enhanced.

I'm thrilled! I hope this will be implemented as soon as possible. I hope this can be use daily in the future. If needed to be assisted, hoping that we can have access with the customer support easily as well to some questions we might have. Being in an industry that Quality is the highest metric, It's great to have access to this product wherein i do have visibility of my scores. Knowing that I can see where do I need to improve at, it's a very big help in order for me to do my best to get the goal for my quality scores. I love that Playvox lets you break down times and subjects by the hour, day, month, etc in each category/task so that everyone knows exactly when and where they need to be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times the metrics are a little off, but I think that's an internal issue with the way our tasks are broken down and not necessarily a flaw with Playvox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

I Love the UI of the playvox the most and for QA it has lot of options starting from Workloads management - Creating a customised scoreboard as per our needs. It makes the things very easier.

Also, About the Calibrations part where extracting the reports is so easy and convenient for everyone.

Having said that I have been using the tool for almost more than 4 Years, Still I see there more number of options that I can explore of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now I don't have anything in my mind that I dislike about the Playvox Quality Management.
