Playvox is a tool that helps to improve the performance of customer support teams with a focus on quality assurance performance.
It is the platform that helps us to evaluate customer interaction across multiple channels including email, chat and phone calls.
It helps us to track individual and team performance through the dashboard.
This is a very easy tool to set up and for tracking individual and team performance. The tool is used to accept feedback from every agent regularly.
Being a quality analyst, my almost work is done through this tool every day.
The feedbacks are shared through Playvox which helps us to improve the customer satisfaction level as well.
I have personally used this tool and found that it really works to improve customer support experience.

Playvox works great, especially in auditing agents' calls or tickets. The tool offers faster and more reliable user interaction, perfectly integrated with our system. Customer service has been improved, the review process has become very smooth, and hence, it is easy to work with. Playvox is being used daily in our QA routine to ensure feedback is given to the agents so that they are always in line for a better delivery of customer service. As Support professionals, it is crucial that we take care of the quality of our work in a ticket-based system to help our customers. Playvox has made it easy by randomly picking up a ticket for QA feedback and then analyzing the little mistake made by an agent according to the QA parameters.
It helps us to create the QA score by taking into consideration the auto fail and general QA norms. The QA team and the agents whose work has been analyzed can use it easily and effectively to review their work and take feedback for future opportunities to improve. The 'raise a dispute' feature which helps to appeal for a wrong QA markdown is limited to be used for a week which means once a QA score is generated, you can raise a dispute within a week or it will be considered as the final score. I like how the user interface of Playvox is sleek and visually appealing to it's users. The home page displays the updates and announcements which are very crucial to our everyday task and roles. It helps us customer service people to be able to navigate with our quality evaluations and implement the needed actions for our cases. I used Playvox alot as I keep on checking my evaluations and it's easy to use and sign especially for the coaching sessions.
I like how it can quickly connect to other platforms on our end as it helps us a lot to better understand our role as a customer support. It's also effortless to generate reports about our monthly quality evaluations and help us compare and check our progress.
I also like how we're able to leave a comment and dispute an evaluation with the analyst assigned to our case. Which helps us apply it efficiently to our upcoming cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Playfox has a smooth and seamless interface to make engaging in interactions fun and interesting.
I like the fact that it has smileys and emojis to help express how you feel while interacting with others.
It has other work-related features integrated for work access and progress tracking.

For now, I find it engaging and interactive with other colleagues of mine.

playvox had been such an easy to use application since i first had my job , the smooth interface and the organized tabs helped me get the needed tasks done in no time. the most cool feature in my opinion that saves my alot of time is the filtering option used in the evaluations tab, it makes me get the needed interactions in no time and gather the raw data i need and it's a part of my daily taks.
Also i totally like the ability to highlight the mistakes in the chats of the Agents i'm monitoring , that makes them know exactly where the mistake was in their chat with the customer was and then i provide them with a comment on how to avoid it and how to provide a better customer support, it's totally helpful in making the quality evaluation clear to the agents. well i didn't face any difficulties with Playvox except for one thing and it's regarding the ability to open a callibration in a new tab instead of making me press the view button and it takes me to the callibration's page then i will have to go back again to see the full list, i belive this can be solved in just a small update. I like the way how it works. It is easy to use, implementation is also very good and the features it has are amazing. Playvox Quality Management is easy to use with other apps. Playvox Quality Management is helpful with our coaching activities. It helps us keep tracks on our coaching logs and Quality Evaluations. The most helpful feature of Playvox is that you'll be able to review the cases that was audited and take note of it that'll help you follow the correct workflow to provide precise resolution. I really like how Playvox handles our coaching sessions. It’s super easy to see whether we’ve signed the coaching logs or not. Thanks to Playvox, my efforts get acknowledged, and I can easily find out if we’ve received any feedback from our Team Manager. Overall, it gives me plenty of chances to monitor my performance.
